본 고안은 철구조물이나 선박 건조등에 이용되는 CO2용접기의 전원 스위치를 작업자가 휴대하여 용접하는 피드박스(FEEDER BOX)에서도 직접조작할 수 있도록 구성한 CO2용접기의 전자접촉기 원격 조정장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a remote control device for a magnetic contactor of a CO 2 welder configured to be operated directly in the feed box (box) for the operator to carry and weld the power switch of the CO 2 welder used for steel structures or shipbuilding.

제1a도는 종래 사용해오던 일예의 회로도로서 트랜스(T)의 2차측에 스타트 스위치(S1)를 보조접점(ICR1)과 병렬연결 시키고 이어 스톱스위치(S2) 및 주접점(ICR)과 과전류방지장치(S3)를 연결시킨 것이고 제1b도는 다른예의 회로도로서 트랜스(T)의 2차측 인푸트콘텍터 스위치(IS1)를 인푸트콘텍터(K)에 연결시킨 것이므로 이러한 종래의 구성은 용접기에서만 전원이 ON, OFF가 가능한 것인데 본 고안은 피드박스에 내장된 마그네틱 스위치를 원격조정스위치로 개조하고 CO2용접기와 피드박스 연결전선을 종래 사용하던 9P(9선)에서 전원연결용 전선 3P를 추가하여 12P를 사용하여 파워의 작동유무를 피드박스에서 인지할 수 있게 전원표시등을 설치하고 푸쉬버튼 스위치를 내장시켜 피드박스 내에서 전원 스위치를 ON, OFF 할 수 있게 하였으며 종래의 보조접점 대신에 릴레이를 사용하는 방식을 채택한 것이다.FIG. 1A is a circuit diagram of an example conventionally used.
