본 고안은 지하 연속벽공법으로 트랜치(Trench)를 굴삭(堀削)하는 도중 지층의 변화에 의해 트랜치의 굴삭이 좌,우로 경사지는 경우에 사용되는 센트플형버켓(Buket)에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a central bucket (Buket) used when the excavation of the trench is inclined to the left and right by the change of the strata during the excavation of the trench by the underground continuous wall method.

토목공사에서 새로이 개발되어진 지하 연속벽 공법으로 시공하기 위해 트랜치를 굴삭하기 위한 장비로써 센트플형버켓을 사용할 경우 협소한 트랜치속에 지반 안정액을 투입하면서 깊은 심도까지 굴삭하는 도중 지층의 변화에 의해 즉 작은 암반(호박돌)과 같은 지질의 차이가 있는 경우에는 통상의 버켓은 양쪽 버켓몸체(1)(1')에 장착된 티이스가 동시에 지면에 닿게되었기 때문에 단단한 자질(호박돌)에 한쪽 티이스(4)가 걸리게 되면 굴삭되는 트랜치는 좌,우로 경사지게 되며 일단 이런 현상이 지상의 굴삭기에 장착된 감지기에 의해 감지되면 발견 즉시 수정하여야 하며 이때 버켓몸체(1)(1') 단부에 형성된 다수 고정부(2)의 조립구(3)를 통해 통상의 티이스(4)(4')가 결착되어 진 것을 양쪽의 버켓몸체(1)(1')중의 지질에 의해 걸리게 되는 버켓몸체(1')쪽의 티이스(4)를 길이가 길게 성형된 보조티이스(5)로 교체하여 트랜치를 계속 굴삭하게 되면 단단한 지질(호박돌)에 보조티이스(5)가 먼저 닿게되어 파쇄한 후 정상적인 통상의 티이스(4)(4')로 교체한 다음 트랜치 굴삭을 함으로써 수직으로 유지할 수 있게된 것이다.In case of using the central bucket as the equipment for excavating the trench for the construction of the underground continuous wall method newly developed in civil engineering work If there is a difference in lipids such as (amber), the normal bucket has a solid feature (amber stone) because the teeth mounted on both bucket bodies (1) (1 ') come into contact with the ground at the same time.
