Claims (2)

  1. 반복 단위의 91-99wt%가 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 구성되어 있는 공중합 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유로서, 이 섬유의 결정화도(XC), 복굴절율() 및 측정주파수 100㎐에 있어서의 역학적 손실정접중 (tanδβ)가 최대가 되는 온도 (Tβmax) 및 (tanδβ)의 최대치 {(tanδ)βmax}가 다음과 같은 범위에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이염성 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유.

  2. 반복단위의 91-99wt%가 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트이고 반복단위의 1-9wt%가 1,4 시클로헥산디에탄올과/또는 1,1-비스{4-(2-히드로에톡시)페닐}프로판올인 공중합 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 폴리머를 6000m/min이상의 방사속도로 방사한 후, 필라멘트 다발의 배향결정화 영역으로부터 20㎝이상의 하부에서 집속하며, 집속가이드로부터 10-20㎝의 위치에서 0.1-0.3g/d의 장력이 유지되도록하고 권취점이 방사구금 하부로부터 3-4m가 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 이염성 폴리에틴렌 테레프탈레이트 섬유의 제조방법.
