Claims (1)

  1. 제 1 의 규격의 주사선 비월방식에 있어서의 화상신호를 사용하여 서독국 특허 제 3,803,835호 명세서에 따라서 제 1 의 규격의 화상신호를 제 2 의 규격의 화상신호로 변환하기 위한 트랜스 코오더에 있어서, 제 2 의 규격의 화상신호는 제 1 의 규격의 화상신호에 비해서 높여진 화상 반복주파수를 가지고 있으며, 또한 제 1 의 규격의 화상신호는 제 1 의 처리스텝에서 기억, 움직임 적응 및 필터링을 사용해서 제 3 의 규격의 화상신호로 변환되고, 또한 제 2 의 처리스텝에서 제 3 의 규격의 화상신호의 필터링에 의해서 제 2 규격의 제 1 의 피일드가 얻어지며 또한 제 3 의 규격의 화상신호의 각각 두번째의 주사선을 끄집어 냄으로써 제 2 의 규격의 화상신호의 제 2 의 피일드가 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜스 코오더.
