종래의 아궁이용 구멍탄덮개(속칭 두꺼비집)는 구멍탄에서 상승하는 화염을 온돌로 유도하는 "가이드" 역활만할뿐 대부분의 공해 성분은 정화되지 않는 결점이 있었다. 본 고안은 이러한 결점을 해결하기 위하여 원추형 덮개의 중앙에 천장이 경사진 집열 요함부를 형성하여 측벽에 세기공과 배기구를 천설하고 이 배기구에는 상면공에 기공관이 삽입된 굴뚝을 사설(斜設)하여서 된 것으로 구멍탄에서 상승하는 불완전 연소가스가 고온의 중앙 집열요함부로 접합하여 배기구측 굴뚝으로 급속히 배출할때 주벽세기공에서 흡입되는 공기에 의하여 일산화탄소(Co), 이황산가스(SO2)등 유해성분이 일부연소하고 또 배기구측 굴뚝입구에서는 기공관에서 흡입되는 공기과 미반응의 유해성분이 다시 접촉하여 배출하는 도중 거의 완전 연소를 축성케한 것인데 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.Conventional archery coverlets (commonly known as toad nests) serve only as "guides" for inducing flames rising from the bullets into the ondol, and most pollution components have a flaw that cannot be purified. 이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 작용 효과를 표시하면 다음과 같다. 본 고안의 덮개(1)를 화덕(10)위에 얹으면 구멍탄(11)이 보온되고 상승하는 불완전연소 화염이 천장이 경사진 고온의 중앙집열요함부(2)로 집합하여 배기구(4)측 굴뚝(4)으로 고속 배출하기 때문에 통기구(8)에 유입되는 공기에 의하여 하층부의 Co, SO2등 공해성분 일부가 일차로 연소하고 상층에서는 요함부(2) 주벽의 세기(3)에서 흡입도 공기와 Co, SO2등 공해성분이 반응하여 2차로 연소하고 나머지 미연소분은 배기구(4)측 굴뚝(7) 진입구의 기공관(6)에서 배기통로 깊숙히 흡입되는 공기와 또다시 반응하여 3차로 거의 완전 연소를 촉성하는 효과가 있다. 그런데 굴뚝(7) 초엽 상면공(5)에 기공관(6)을 감삽하였기 때문에 고속의 배기가 기공관(6)에 부딪칠 때의 압력저항으로 그후방에 와류를 형성하면서 배출하므로 공기조 잘 흡입하고 공개성분과의 혼합이 잘 이루어지는 효과가 있다.When the effect of the present invention configured as described above is shown.
