볼륨과 발란스 기능을 일체화한 노브장치

본 고안은 한쌍의 노브에 탄설된 푸쉬노브를 상호 협착시켜 연결하므로서 각 노브가 동시에 슬라이드되게 하여 볼륨을 동일한 음량으로 조절할 수 있도록 한 볼륨과 발란스 기능을 일체화한 노브장치에 관한 것이다.
종래 음향기기에서 특히 소형 스테레오 카세트에 있어 볼륨과 발란스 기능을 슬라이드 스위치 2개를 설치하였으나 각 노브의 일체동작이 불가능하여 각 발란스 기능 조정에 어려움이 있고 각 노브가 유동되는 단점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 문제를 시정하기 위하여 노브를 관통하여 푸쉬노브를 설치하되 푸쉬노브를 통한 작동으로 볼륨과 발란스 기능을 일체화한 것으로 첨부도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉 제1도에서와 같이 각 노브(1)(1a) 측면으로 요설된 사각홈(2)내에 감합공(3)을 천설하고 이에 푸쉬노브(4)를 삽입고정하되 푸쉬노브(4)의 고정봉(5) 단부에 스톱퍼(6)를 형성시켜 스프링(7)을 끼운후 노브(1)(1a)의 감합공(3)에 푸쉬노브(4)의 스톱퍼(6)가 걸리도록 탄삽하여서된 것으로 미설명부호 8은 노브의 가이드레버, 9는 슬라이드스위치, 10은 회로기판이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 노브(1)(1a)의 중간에 요설된 사각홈(2)에 스프링(7)이 탄설된 푸쉬노브(4)의 스톱퍼(6)애 의해 결합시킨 후 제2도에서와 같이 푸쉬노브(4)를 서로 밀착되도록 화살표 방향으로 눌러 푸쉬노브(4)이 고정봉(5)을 서로 밀착시켜 각 노브(1)(1a)가 같이 움직이도록 연결하므로서 양측 볼륨이 동일한 음량으로 조절되도록 하였으며 또 누르는 힘이 제거하면 푸쉬노브(4)는 스프링(7)에 의해 원복된다. 또 양 볼륨을 각각 별도로 사용할 때에는 푸쉬노브(4)를 누르지 않은 상태에서 노브(1)(1a)만을 작동시키면 되는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 고안은 볼륨과 발란스 기능을 일체화한 음향기기에서 용이하게 발란스기능을 행할 수 있으며 노브의 유동을 방지할 수 있음은 물론 일정한 간격을 유지시켜 외관 및 품질향상에 기여할 수 있는 효과가 있는 것이다.

  1. 각 노브(1)(1a) 측면으로 요설된 사각홈(2)내애 감합공(3)을 천설하고 이에 푸쉬노브(4)를 삽입고정하되 푸쉬노브(4)의 고정봉(5) 단부에 스톱퍼(6)를 형성시켜 스프링(7)을 끼운후 노브(1)(1a)의 감함봉(3)에 푸쉬노브(4)의 스톱퍼(6)가 걸리도록 탄삽하여서 된 것을 특징으로하는 볼륨과 발란스기능을 일체화한 노브장치.
