Claims (4)

  1. 청색 발광형광체에 대해여, SiO2량이 0.01∼2.0중량%인 청색안료 부착 형광체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광체에 인산나트륨이 0.001∼2.0% 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 안료부착 형광체.
  3. 청색 발광형광체에 규산(SiO2)염을 가하여 안료코팅과 표면처리를 동시에 실시하도록 된 청색 안료부착 형광체 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 규산(SiO2)염에 인산(PO4)염을 첨가하여 안료 코팅과 표면처리를 동시에 실시하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 청색 안료부착 형광체 제조방법.
