Claims (1)

  1. 구리나 알미늄제 본딩용 와이어를 수용하는 스풀마운터의 내부로 N2혹은 H2N2혼합개스를 10초주입-20초 정지 주기로 반복 공급하여 본딩용 와이어의 산화를 방지 하도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 와이어 본더의 스풀마운터 산화 방지 시스팀.
