Claims (1)

  1. 하면이 개방되어 있으며, 상면(1)과 벽면(2)이 밀폐된 축조물(3)이나 용기(3′)를 기반(4)에 고정시키고, 상면(1)이나 벽면(2)상당부의 구멍(5)에 고정된 관(6)에 긴관(7)을 연결하며, 긴관(7)의 중간에 밸브(15)(16)와 코크(15′)(16′)가 각각 있는 압축실(9) 및 진공실(10), 그리고 영구자석이나 전자석(11′)이 측면에 부착면풍차(11)가 축설된 다수의 풍차실(12), 밸브(18)(19)와 관(20)이 있는 물탱크(17), 코크(13)(14)가 있고, 긴관(7)의 끝에서 분기된 다수의 분기관(8)에는 코크(14′)(14″)(14″′)등이 있으며, 분기관(8)끝에 배기펌프, 공기압축펌프, 배수펌프, 물압축펌프, 터빈, 풍차, 노즐 분수대, 착암기등등 기계류를 부착하여 밀물과 썰물로 작동케함을 특징으로 하는 조력의 동력화 방법 및 그 장치.
