휴대용 플레이트바 절단기
제1도는 본 고안의 사용 상태의 측면 사시도.

제4도는 본 고안의 사용 상태 측면도.
본 고안은 현장에서 들고 다니면서 비철, 철의 플레이트 바(PLATE BAR)를 간단히 절단할 수 있는 휴대용절단기에 관한 것이다.
종래 프레스를 이용한 절단 작업을 기계자체가 중량임으로 이동치 못하여 대량의 재료를 운반 절단하고 다시 제작처로 운반 하는 것이며 금형의 취부, 조정 등 작업준비 과정이 오래 걸렸고 정진시는 작업이 불가능하며 고장이 잦고 조작이 까다로워 부주의로 인한 안전 사고가 빈번하여 작업이 기피 되는 실정이다.
본 고안은 2중 작두시 절단기를 구성하여 현장에서 들고 다니면서 수동으로도 강한 힘을 발휘하며 정확하고 빠르게 절단 작업을 수행케한 것으로서 그 요지를 첨부 도면에 의하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
기판(1)위에 지지판(2)를 세우고 그 옆으로 하부 칼날(3)을 형성하며 칼날위에 가이드판(4)를 부착함으로서 재료 삽입공(4a)를 형성하고 가이드판(2) 앞쪽에 핀축(4b)로서 상부 칼날(5)를 연결하고 그 뒷쪽에 제1레버(6)를 연결하며 제1레버(6)은 뒷쪽 지지판(7)에 로드(8)로 연결하고 선단은 핀축(12)로 제2레버(11)의 선단과 연결하며 앞쪽 지지판(7a)에 핀축(9)에서 로드(10)으로 제2레버(11)에 연결한다.
미설명부호 13은 절단 부재이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 제2레버(11)가 올려지고 하부칼날(3)과 상부칼날(5)이 벌어진 상태에서 절단코져하는 플레이트 바인 절단 부재(13)를 재료삽입공(4a) 및 하부칼날(3)과 상부칼날(5) 사이에 집어넣고 간격을 맞춘후 제2레버(11)의 손잡이를 잡고 아래로 누르면 앞쪽 지지판(7a)의 핀축(9)를 중심으로 로드(10)가 제껴짐과 동시 핀축(12)부위 및 제1레버(6)은 핀축(9)를 중심으로 상승되고 반대로 제1레버(6)의 하단은 로드(8)가 뒤로 제껴짐과 동시에 하강하여 상부칼날(5)이 하부칼날(3)위에 얹혀진 부재를 쉽게 절단하는 것이다.
즉, 본 고안은 일반 작두가 만일 레버로서 강한 힘을 발휘치 못하는데 비추어 제1,2 레버의 연결힘으로 역학적으로 절단력이 배가됨으로서 기계로만 가능하였던 절단 작업이 수동으로도 절단되게 함으로서 소요동력을 줄이고 현장에서 들고 다니며 절단 작업이 가능하여 에너지 절약과 작업 능률 향상등의 효과가 발생하는 것이다.

  1. 하부칼날(3)이 형성된 지지핀(2)의 핀축(4a)에 상부칼날(5)을 연결하고 상부칼날(5)에 제1레버(6)를 연결하며 제1레버(6)은 지지판(7)에 로드(8)로 연결하고 지지판(7a)의 핀축(9)는 로드(10)으로 제2레버(11)을 연결하며 제2레버(11)과 제1레버(6)의 선단을 핀축(12)로 연결시킨 휴대용 플레이트 바 절단기.
