본 고안은 위생적인 고추가루를 제조하기 위하여 일차적으로 고추에 섞여있거나 고추의 표피에 묻어있는 금속류나 불순물등의 각종 이물질을 제거할 수 있도록 구성한 고추의 이물질 제거장치에 관한 것으로, 이물질 제거장치를 구성할때 고추의 투입량을 조절하는 고추투입 조절부와 고추에 섞여있는 금속류를 검출하는 금속류 검출부와 고추에 묻어있는 불순물을 털어내고 닦아내는 분진제거부로서 구성하되, 고추투입조절부로 부터 적절량으로 조절되어 공급되는 고추를 벨트 콘베이어로 구성된 금속류 검출부에 공급하여 콘베이어 일단에 착설돤 자석로울러에 의해 고추에 섞여있는 금속규류를 검출한후 원추형 본체의 내주연에 수직형 부러쉬를 착설하고 중앙의 원추형 회동축에는 나선형 부러쉬를 착설하여서된 분진제거부로 고추를 투입하여서 원추형 회동축이 회전하면서 부러쉬에 의해 고추에 묻어있는 불순물등의 각종 이물질을 닦아내어서 분진제거부의 하부에 형성된 흡진망을 통하여 집진배출시키고, 깨끗히 닦여진 고추는 일측의 고추배출구를 통하여 배출하도록 구성하므로서 간단하고 신속하게 고추에 섞여있거나 묻어있는 금속류나 불순물등의 각종 이물질을 제거하여 고추를 깨끗하게 닦아주므로 위생적인 고추를 제공받을 수 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a foreign substance removal device of red pepper which is configured to remove various foreign substances such as metals or impurities that are mixed in the red pepper or buried on the skin of the red pepper to manufacture sanitary red pepper powder. 종래에는 고추에 섞여있거나 묻어있는 금속류나 불순물등의 각종 이물질을 제거할 수 있는 장치가 없었으며, 일반적으로 고추를 깨끗하게 닦아주기 위하여는 실용신안공보 제571호의 공고번호 82-2174호에 기재된 바와같이 기계본체내에 장설시킨 이송벨트의 상부에 탈진용 솔로울러를 종횡으로 다수축설하여서 이송벨트를 따라 이송되는 고추의 불순물을 정결하게 탈진시켜주도록 하고 기계본체의 내측 상부에는 흡진관을 설치하여서 탈진된 불순물을 횹진배출하도록 된 고추제진기를 사용하였던 것이나, 이러한 것은 종횡으로 다수 설치되는 솔로울러의 착설상 어려움이 있었으며 이송벨트를 따라서 이송되는 불순물을 상측에 착설한 흡진다공관에 의하여 강제흡인하였기 때문에 구조가 복잡하여지고 많은 동력이 소모되는 등의 문제점이 있었을 뿐만 아니라, 고추에 섞여있는 금속류를 완전히 제거할 수 있는 단점이 있었던 것이다.Conventionally, there was no device to remove various foreign substances such as metals or impurities mixed in or mixed with red pepper.
