Claims (11)

  1. 요오드방향족 화합물과 황 원소의 혼합물을 150℃ 이상의 온도에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 황화아릴의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요오드방향족 화합물이 방향족 탄화수소, 질소-함유 방향족, 황-함유 방향족 및 산소-함유 방향족 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요오드방향족 화합물이 최소한 C1-6알킬 그룹으로 치환되거나 또는 치환되지 않은 요오드벤젠, 요오드나프탈렌 및 요오드바이페닐로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요오드방향족 화합물이 요오드벤젠, 1-요오드나프탈렌, 2-요오드나프탈렌, 요오드바이페닐 및 요오드톨루엔으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 150-400℃인 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 175-350℃인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응단계가 불활성 용매와의 용액 또는 요융물 형태로 이루어지는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응단게에서 교반을 해주는 방법
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 교반작용이 기계적 교반 또는 반흥혼합물을 통해 공기 또는 불활성 기체를 통과시키는 것인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응단계가 연속형 공정으로 실행되는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 불활성기체 또는 공기를 연속한 반응의 물질의 흐름방향과 반대방향으로 반응 혼합물을 통해 연속적으로 통과시키는 방법.
