Claims (5)

  1. 타이어 및 바퀴조립체 내의 부하상태의 반경방향 징동 및 동력학적 불균형을 교정하는 방법으로서, (a)타이어 및 바퀴조립제를 지지수단상에 설치하여, 타이어 및 바퀴조립체가 차량상의 회전축을 중심으로하여 회전할 수 있게 만드는 단계. (b) 예정된 일정부하를 타이어 주변부, 즉 접지부분에 가한 상태에서, 상기 지지수단상의 타이어 및 바퀴조립체를 그 회전축의 둘레로 회전시키는 단계. (c) 부하상태에서, 타이어 접지부분의 부하상태 반경방향 진동을 측정하는 단계. (d) 타이어 접지부분에 걸쳐 나타나는 부하상태 반견방향 진동변화를 예정된 일정수준으로 감소시키기 위하여 타이어의 해당부분을 제거하는 단계. (e) 동력한 불균형을 측정하기에 충분한 속도로, 상기 지지수단 상의 타이어 및 바퀴조립체를 그 회전축 둘레로 회전시키는 단계 그리고 (f) 타이어 및 바퀴조립체 내의 동력학적 불균형을 측정하고 위치확정하는 단계. 등으로 구성된, 부하상태의 반경방향 진동과 동력학적 불균형을 교정하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(b)에서 타이어 및 바퀴조립체를 회전시킨 그 회전이 단계(c) 및 단계(d)에서도 제1속도로 수행되며, 단계(e)에서 수행한 타이어 및 바퀴조립체의 회전은 단계(d)에서 제2속도록 수행되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (g) 측정하고 위치발견한 동력학적 불균형을 교정하기 위하여 타이어 및 바퀴조립체에 중량체를 부착하는 단계가 포함되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  4. 축의 둘레로 회전하지 않는 반경방향 힘의 제1단과, 축의 둘레로 회전하는 반경방향힘의 제2단을 가할 수 있도록 만들어진 축을 설치하는 방법으로서, 축상에 부하로서 가해진 힘을 검출하기 위하여 축과 제1변환기 수단과 조작상 연관시켜, 상기 제1변환기 수단에 의해 힘의 제1단의 크기를 검출할 수 있게 하는 단계.
  5. 축상에 부하로서 가해진 힘을 제1단으로부터 격리된 상태에서 검출하기 위하여 축과 제2변환기와를 조작상 관련시켜, 힘의 제2단의 회전함에 따라 힘의 제2단의 크기를 검출할 수 있도록 하는 단계등으로 구성된 축의 설치방법.
