제 1 도는 본 발명에 의한 하드 케이스의 예를 전자기기와 함께 도시하는 사시도. 제 2 도는 전자기기가 내장되는 하드케이스를 도시하는 측면도. 제 3 도는 운반 손잡이가 하드 케이스의 케이싱에 어떻게 접속되는지를 도시하는 확대 사시도.

Claims (9)

  1. 전자기기(12)기 내장되는 케이싱내의 공간과, 케이싱(26)의 일측면에서 케이싱(26)외면을 접하도록 제공되어 전자기기(12)를 케이싱(26)내의 공간으로 삽입되게 하는 개구부(28)와, 케이싱(26)내의 공간을 나머지 측면(5)와 함께 구획하도록 개구부(28)로부터 서로 평행하게 뻗은 한쌍의 측면(40)을 가지는 하드 케이싱(26)과, 상기 하드 케이싱(26)을 운반하는 손잡이 수단으로 이루어진 전자기기(12)를 수용 및 운반하는 하드 케이스에 있어서, 상기 손잡이 수단은 개구부(28)에 인접한 케이싱(26)의 측면상의 부분에 설치된 한씽의 돌출부와 합성수지로 만든 U형 운반 손잡이(34)를 포함하며, 상기 돌출부(44)의 각각은 케이싱(26)의 측면(40)의 세로방향으로 뻗은 장축과 측면의 세로방향에 수직하게 뻗은 단축을 가져서, 그 장축을 따라 본 경우 양단에서 원형을 이루며, 상기 운반 손잡이(34)는 서로 평행하게 뻗은 한 쌍의 아암(36)과, 이러한 아암(36)를 서로 접속해서, 전자기기(12)가 내장되는 하드 케이스를 운반하고자 하는 경우 손으로 잡는 그립(38)과, 아암(36)의 자유단에 형성되어 돌출부(44)가 계합하는 계합구멍(46)을 가지며, 상기 계합구멍(46)의 각각은, 그 장축을 따라 본 경우 돌출부(44)의 길이보다 더 짧은 직경을 가지지만, 그 단축을 따라 본 경우 돌출부(44)의 폭보다 더 긴 직경을 가지는 원형 구멍부(48)를 포함하고, 상기 원형 구멍부(48)는 그 내부 테두리를 따라 휘어질 수 있고, 상기 계합구멍(46)의 각각은 그립 측면에 위치된 원형 구멍부로 부터의 내부테두리의 부분을 절결해서 형성된 절결부(50)를 포함해서 돌출부(44)가 원형구멍부(48)내에 위치되도록 하고, 상기 절결부는 그 단축을 따라 본 경우 돌출부(44)보다 더 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기기를 수용 및 운반하는 하드케이스.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 절결부(50)의 각각은 아암(36)의 축상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하드케이스.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 절결부는 동일한 폭을 가지고, 아암(36)의 축을 따라 원형 구멍부(48)의 내부 테두리로부터 뻗는 가이드 슬롯(50)인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 케이스.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 가이드 슬롯(50)은 원형구멍(48)에 대항하는 그 단부에서 원형을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드케이스.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 각각의 아암(36)에는 아암(36)의 축을 따라 가이드 슬롯(50)의 원형단에서 뻗은 슬롯(52)이 제공되고, 가이듯슬롯(50)보다 더 작은 폭을 가지며, 이러한 슬릿(52)은 가이드 슬롯(50)의 양쪽 측면 테두리를 휠 수 있게 만든 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 케이스.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 각각의 아암(36)에는 슬릿(52)의 정면 단부에서 연속하는 다른 작은 원형구멍부(54)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 케이스.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 돌출부(44)의 각각에는 아암(36)이 돌출부(44)에서 벗어나는 것을 방지하는 스톱퍼 부재(60)가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 케이스
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 스톱퍼 부재는 돌출부로 나사 결합되는 고정나사(60)를 포함하고, 상기 고정나사(60)은 큰 원형 구멍부(48)보다 더 큰 직경을 가지는 헤드를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 케이스.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 돌출부(44)의 각각은 편평형인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 케이스.
