PCM방식의 교환기와 CVSD방식의 교환기간에 데이타링크 형성시 디지탈적으로 CVSD데이타를 PCM데이타로 복호화하는 방법에 있어서, CVSD데이타 수신후 전상태의 CVSD데이타 논리값을 검사하여 스텝크기를 결정하는 제 1 과정과, 상기 제 1 과정 수행후 현 추정 선형 PCM값으로 다음 추정 PCM값을 산출하는 제 2 과정과, 상기 제 2 과정 수행후 4회 수행했는가 검사하며 아닐시 제 1 과정으로 되돌아가는 제 3 과정과, 상기 제 3 과정에서 4회 수행히 4개의 추정 선형 PCM값중 1개를 선택하여 PCM데이타로 변환한 후 리턴하는 제 4 과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.A method of digitally decoding CVSD data into PCM data when data link is formed during a PCM exchange and a CVSD exchange, wherein the step size is determined by examining the CVSD data logical values of all states after receiving the CVSD data.
