Claims (7)

  1. 식물섬유가 보유하는 공극속에 불용불연성무기화합물이 생성정착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연화 식물섬유재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 식물섬유가 펄프로되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연화 식물섬유재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 식물섬유가 목재를 분쇄하여 만들어진 플레이크 형상인 소편형태로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연화 식물섬유재료.
  4. 서로 접촉시키는 것에 의하여 불용불연성 무기화합물을 생성하는 양이온 무기화합물 수용액과 온이온 무기화합물용액을 식물섬유재료의 섬유가 공극속에서 접촉시키는 것에 의해 이 식물섬유 재료가 이 공극석에 불용불연성 무기화합물을 생성정착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연화 식물섬유 재료의 제조방법.
  5. 염화마그네슘, 염화바륨, 탄산갈슘과 같이 수용성 무기화합물 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류를 함유한 양이온 무기화합물 수용액과 인산암모늄, 피로인산암모늄, 마그네슘암로늄, 붕산소오다와 같은 수용성 무기화합물중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류를 함유한 음이온 무기화합물 수용액중의 어느 한쪽의 용액중에 식물섬유 재료를 침지시키고, 계속해서 이것을 또 한쪽의 무기혼합물 수용액에 침지시키는 것에 의해 이 섬유재료의 섬유가 공극속에 화학반응에 의해 불용불연성 무기화합물을 생성정착시키는 것을 특징으로한 난연화 식물섬유 재료의 제조법.
  6. 서로 접촉시키는 것에 의하여 불용불연성 무기화합물을 생성하는 제 1 콜로이드 분산계용액과 제 2 콜로이드 분산계용액을 식물섬유 재료의 섬유가 공극속에서 접촉시키는 것에 의해, 이 식물섬유재료가 공극속에 불용불연성 무기화합물을 생성정착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연화 식물섬유 재료의 제조법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 제 1 콜로이드 분산계용액을 황산바륨의 미분말(微粉末)을 분산시켜서 이루어진 콜로이드 수용액이며 제 2 콜로이드분산계용액은 인산칼슘 및 염화칼슘의 미분말을 분산시켜서 이루어진 콜로이드 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연화 식물섬유 재료의 제조법.
