Claims (5)

  1. 치의학 분야에서 인산염 베이스상의 함침물질을 제조하기 위한 냉각상태에서 안정화된 졸 형태의 규산에 있어서, 25 내지 50중량%의 SiO2와 2 내지 10중량%, 특히 5내지 7중량%의 하기 일반식의 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각상태에서 안정화된 졸 형태의 규산 :
    상기식에서 X와 Y는 R이 C1-C4의 알킬기인 NH2 는 NHR기를 나타낸다.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 5 내지 7중량%의 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각상태에서 안정화된 졸 형태의 규산.
  3. 제 1항 및 2항에 있어서, 35 내지 45중량%의 이산화규소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각상태에서 안정화된 졸 형태의 규산.
  4. 제 1항 내지 3항에 있어서, N-메틸우레아를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각상태에서 안정화된 졸 형태의 규산
  5. 제 1항 내지 4항에 있어서, N-에탈우레아를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각상태에서 안정화된 졸 형태의 규산
