제1도는 본 발명에 따른 전극물질 또는 집전기물질(Current collector material)로 제조되는 적어도 하나의 전극을 가지는 단위 축전지의 단면도.
제2도는 내부 순환 시스템이 있음에 따라 제1도의 축전지와 다른 단위 축전지.
Claims (9)
- 활성물질입자의 현탁액이 순환할 수 있는 하프셀 축전지용 전극물질에 있어서, 집전기물질이 활성물질 현탁액(1)(5)에 접촉하는 그의 표면에는 적어도 전도성 세라믹 물질의 막으로 코팅되어짐을 특징으로 하는 전극물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹물질이 질화금속, 탄화금속, 붕화금속, 규화금속, 인화금속, 메탈베릴라이드, 메탈셀레나이드 또는 메탈크로마이드와 베릴보라이도 같은 상기 물질들의 화합물로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로하는 전극물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전극물질이, 적어도 그의 표면이 질화바나듐(VN), 탄화니오븀(NbC)또는 질화나오븀(NbN)과, 붕화티타늄(TiB2), 질화티타늄(TiN), 탄화티타늄(TiC)와 규화티타늄(Ti5Si3, TiSi2)와 MgN, MgC와 Mg2Si와 같은 마그네슘 화합물과 같이 수소에 대하여 높은 과전압을 나타내는 세라믹 물질로 코팅되어짐을 특징으로하는 전극물질.
- 제1-3항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 전극이 오직 전도성 세라믹물질로 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 전극물질.
- 제1-4항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 전극은 하프셀 축전지가 동작되어질 때 활성물질의 현탁액이 흐를 수 있는 RVC 또는 확장된 금속같은 다공정 전도성 물질인 반면, 다공성 물질의 표면이 적당한 전도성 세라믹물질로 코팅되어짐을 특징으로 하는 전극물질.
- 적어도 하나의 케이싱과 전해액 순환수단과 하나의 전극(접전기)과 전극의 부착수단을 구비하여 활성물질입자의 현탁액이 순환할 수 있도록된 하프셀 축전지에 있어서, 상기 전극(3)(7)이, 사용되어지는 현탁액(1)(5)에 접촉되는 적어도 그의 표면에는 전도성 세라믹물질로 코팅되어지는 물질로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 하프셀 축전지.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 세라믹물질이 질화바나듐, 질화티타늄, 붕화티타늄과 규화티타늄중에서 선택되어짐을 특징으로하는 하프셀 축전지.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 하프셀 축전지가 사용되는 활성물질입자의 현탁액에 접촉되는 적어도 그의 표면에는 질화티타늄으로 코팅된 전극물질로 부터 제조되는 하나의 전극(3)으로 구성되며, 한편으로 현탁액은 알칼리성 전해액(1)에 아연입자(2)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하프셀 축전지.
- 격리판에 의해 분리되어지는 두개의 하프셀로 구성된 각각의 단위 축전지와, 각각의 단위 축전지의 하프셀들중 적어도 하나가 활성물질입자의 현탁액 형태인 순환하는 전해액을 포함하며, 한편으로 양쪽 하프셀들은 필요한 전극들과 전극의 부착수단의 갖추어져 있는 하나 또는 다수의 단위 축전지를 구비한 축전지에 있어서, 상기 단위 축전지들중 적어도 하나가 청구범위 제6-8항중 어느 하나 또는 다스의 항에 하프셀임을 특징으로 하는 축전지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
