Claims (3)

  1. 뚜껑, 열에 민감한 재료로 제조된 손잡이, 및 금속 캡으로 구성되고, 상기 뚜껑이 정부면, 저부면 및 상기 손잡이를 수납하는 개구부를 가지고 있으며, 상기 손잡이가 상기 개구부를 관통하여 연장되며 두껑의 저부면보다 아래로 연장된 기부로 구성된 조리 용구에 있어서, 뚜껑의 저부면 보다 아래로 연장된 손잡이의 기부에 부착되어 있는 금속 캡으로 구성되고, 상기 캡은 캡이 손잡이 기부의 노출된 면을 완전히 덮으며 또한 상기 캡의 연부들이 뚜껑의 저부면의 표면과 같은 면이 되도록 성형되어 있어서, 이에 의해 플래스틱 손잡이의 기부가 조리 공정의 열로 인한 손상으로부터 보호되어, 열로 인해 야기될 수 있는 플래스틱의 변형을 피하는 조리 용구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 캡이 캡의 연부들을 손잡이의 기부의 측면들 위에 스웨이징 또는 압연함으로써 손잡이에 부착된 조리 용구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 금속 캡이 개구부를 가지고 있으며, 손잡이 기부가 개구부를 가지고 있고, 또한 캡이 자체의 개구부를 둘러싸는 플랜지를 가지고 있으며, 상기 플랜지가 손잡이 기부 개구부 내로 연장되고 또한 금속 캡이 손잡이 기부 개구부에 의해 형성된 연부들 위로 플랜지를 스웨이징 또는 압연함으로써 손잡이 기부에 부착된 조리 용구.
