Claims (5)

  1. 온도 조정용 써모 스타트를 구비하는 점화 장치를 사용하여 페이스트로부터 유기 결합재를 제거하는 장치에 있어서, 점화 장치는 페이스트의 중량을 정하는 중량 측정 장치와, 페이스트의 중량 감소율을 맞춰 원하는 진동을 얻도록 온도가 조절되는 써모 스타트와 중량 측정 장치 사이에 조절 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페이스트로부터 유기 결합재를 제거하는 장치.
  2. 상승된 온도에서 점화시킴으로써 페이스트로부터 유기 결합재를 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 연소중의 연속 공정에서 페이스트의 중량이 정해지고, 중량 감소율이 제때에 원하는 진동을 얻도록 점화 온도가 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 페이스트로부터 유기 결합재를 제거하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 중량 감소율은 연소 공정중에 대체로 일정한 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 페이스트로부터 유기 결합재를 제거하는 방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 페이스트는 그린 세라믹 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 페이스트로부터 유기 결합재를 제거하는 방법.
  5. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 페이스트는 미세 분해된 형태의 금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이스트토로부터 유기 결합재를 제거하는 방법.
