Claims (2)
- 필터케이스(11)의 저면에이하가 되도록 물결모양의 주름을 갖고 필터커버(12)가 고정되는 통상의 마그네트론에 있어서, 상기 필터케이스(11)와 필터커버(12)의 사이에 누설전파의 차례를 위하여 필터케이스(12)보다 연성이 우수한 쉴드(13)를 삽입압착하되, 상기 필터케이스(12)의 주벽 하단부의 외측과 필터커버(12)의 사각테두리면(12a)의 내측에 쉴드(13)의 사가테두리면(13a)에 압착하여서 된 것을 특징으로하는 마그네트론.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터케이스(11)와 필터커버(12)사이에 압착되는 쉴드(13)의 높이(h1)를 필터커버(12)의 높이(h2)보다배 이상으로 형성하여 구성함을 특징으로하는 마그네트론.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
