Claims (10)
- 유리 페인과 시트를 예각으로 함께 만나게 하여 시트와 유리 페인 상의 접촉 라인을 따라 압력을 사용함으로써 이들을 계속 전방으로 이동시켜 공기를 제거하여 시트를 유리 페인에 일시적으로 결합하고 상승된 압력 및 상승된 온도를 사용하여 일시적으로 결합된 층 조립체가 최종적으로 함께 결합되도록 가요성 시트로 유리 페인을 피복하는 방법에 있어서, 연속적인 이동 공간은 한편으로는 유리 표면을 갖는 다른 한편으로는 시트를 갖는 유리 페인의 이동방향을 가로질러 연장되는 영역에서 공간의 활주식 접촉에 의한 시트와 유리 페인의 접촉 이전에 시트, 유리 및 소페이서에 의해 경계지어지며, 공기는 이 공간의 외부로 연속적으로 흡입되는 것을 특징으로하는 가요성 시트로 유리 페인을 피복하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동시에 스페이서를 형성하는 어미형 다이는 공기를 외부로 연속 흡입하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로하는 가요성 시트로 유리 페인을 피복하는 방법.
- 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 방법을 수행하는 장치에 있어서, 이 장치는 유리 페인의 형상에 적합한 어미형 다이를 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 가요성 시트로 유리 페인을 피복하는 장치.
- 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 방법을 수행하는 장치에 있어서, 흡입 효과에 의해 생성된 압력 차이의 영향하에서 유리 페인의 형상에 적응하는 이 장치는 탄성적으로 변형가능한 재료로된 어미형 다이를 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 가요성 시트로 유리 페인을 피복하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 가요성 주름진 호스(12)에 의해 탄성 노즐 몸체(10)에 연결되는 어미형 다이는 탄성적으로 변형가능한 노즐 몸체(10) 및 고정 분배가 파이프(11)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 가요성 시트로 유리 페인을 피복하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 노즐 몸체(10)는 탄성 중합체로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로하는 가요성 시트로 유리페인을 피복하는 장치.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 노즐 몸체(10)는 종방향에 도시된 바와같이 노즐 몸체의 변형성을 증가시키는 오목부(19)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 가요성 시트로 유리 페인을 피복하는 장치.
- 제5항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 노즐 몸체(10)의 노즐 립(14,15)은 스페이서 리브(18)에 의해 노즐 갭(16)의 전방 영역에서 서로에 대해 지지되는 것을 특징으로하는 가요성 시트로 유리 페인을 피복하는 장치.
- 제3항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그의 표면이 유리 페인 또는 시트와 활주식으로 접촉하는 어미형 다이(3,10)는 활주 성능이 증가되도록 피복(23)된 것을 특징으로하는 가요성 시트로 유리 페인을 피복하는 장치.
- 엷게 펴진 페인의 제조를 위한 제1항 내지 제9항에 따른 방법 및 장치를 사용함에 있어서, 이 페인은 단일체판 또는 다층판과, 최소한 한층의 폴리우레탄을 구비하는 투명한 가요성 시트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 가요성 시트로 유리 페인을 피복하는 방법 및 장치를 사용하는 것.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
