본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명의 탐지기 및 모니터를 이용하고 증기라인내에 장착된 체크밸브의 개략 단면도,
제 2 도는 본 발명의 탐지기에 대한 부분투시도,
제 3 도는 제 2 도와 유사하고 본 발명과 결합하여 적절하게 사용하기 위한 탐지기의 다른 형태의 일부분을 도시한 도면.

Claims (4)

  1. 액세스 개구(22)를 가지며 이 개구(22)를 폐쇄시키기 위한 커버(24)가 장착된 하우징(15)과, 개방 위치와 폐쇄위치 사이에서 각 운동하도록 상기 하우징(15)내에 선회 가능하게 장착된 클라퍼(16)를 구비하는 체크 밸브에 있어서, 상기 커버(24)의 내측면 상의 밸브 하우징(15)내부에 장착되고 클라퍼(16)의 상기 개방 위치에 인접하여 상기 클라퍼(16)가 상기 개방 위치에 놓이지 않을때마다 전기 신호의 변화를 제공하기 위한 전기 응답 수단(28)을 포함하는 금속탐지기(27)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 응답 수단(28)은 상기 개방위치에 인접 배치된 최소한 하나의 코일(32)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 코일(32)이 상기 커버(24)에 대해 동일 레벨로 장착된 세라믹 하우징(34b)에 내장된 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
  4. 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 응답 수단은 원형으로서 최소한 하나의 코일(32)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체크 밸브.
