Claims (2)
- 초음파발진기(1)와 연결된 진동자(9)의 끝단면에 혼(10)을 부착하여 진동자계를 형성하고 진동자계를 지지하기 위해 혼(10)에 플랜지(12)을 설치하여 외부용기(8)에 고정하며 외부용기(8)위에 냉각용팬(7)을 설치하고 옆에 공기구멍(A)(A')를 뚫으면 진동자계는 연삭숫돌(2)을 수직하게 세우고 연삭숫돌의 회전방향으로 앞에 설치한 연삭액노즐(5)에 차단용연산액구멍(B)를 뚫으면 옆에 차단판(6)을 부착한 초음파 연삭액 공급 장치.
- 초음파 발진기(1)와 연결된 진동자(9)의 끝단면에 혼(10)을 부착하여 진동자계를 형성하고 진동자계를 지지하기 위해 혼(10)에 플랜지(12)를 설치하여 외부용기(8)에 고정하며 외부용기(8)위에 냉각용팬(7)을 설치한 옆에 공기구멍(A)(A')을 뚫으며 진동자계는 연삭숫돌(2)에 수직하게 세우고 연삭액 탱크(4)에 펌프(3)으로 설치하여 그 배관을 혼(10)의 중앙 노즐 구멍(13)으로 연통시킨 초음파 연삭액 공급 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
