Claims (9)

  1. 염화칼슘 및 탄산칼슘의 슬러리(클로로카르보네이트 슬러리)의 제조단계, 상기 슬러리를 황산알루미늄과 접촉 반응시키는 단계, 및 상기 반응 혼합물을 황산칼슘 덩어리와 원하는 성분인 염기성 클로로황산 알루미늄을 함유하는 여액으로 분리하는 단계로 구성되며, 상기 용액에 적어도 하나의 비이온성 또는 양이온성 고분자 전해질 응집체를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염기성 클로로황산 알루미늄의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 전해질 응집제가 비이온성이며, 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 및 폴리비닐알코올로 이루어지는 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 염기성 클로로황산 알루미늄의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 고분자 전해질 응집제가 폴리아크릴아미드임을 특징으로 하는 염기성 클로로황산 알루미늄의 제조 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 전해질 응집제가 양이온성이고, 폴리아민 및 4차 폴리아민으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 염기성 클로로황산 알루미늄의 제조방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리하는 용액의 무게 1톤당 고분자 전해질 0.1~5g의 양을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 염기성 클로로황산 알루미늄의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 전해질의 사용량이 0.1~3g임을 특징으로 하는 염기성 클로로황산 알루미늄의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 고분자 전해질의 사용량이 0.3~2g임을 특징으로 하는 염기성 클로로황산 알루미늄의 제조방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고분자 전해질 응집제로 처리한 용액을 차후에 여과시킴을 특징으로 하는 염기성 클로로황산 알루미늄의 제조방법.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염기도가 0.4~0.65, 바람직하게는 0.4~0.6, Al당량/Cl당량의 비가 2.8~5, 바람직하게는 3.2~4, 및 탈황산염 비율이 70~90%, 바람직하게는 70~85%인 염기성 클로로황산 알루미늄을 수득하도록 클로로카르보네이트 슬러리 및 황산 알루미늄의 양을 조절함을 특징으로 하는 염기성 클로로황산 알루미늄의 제조방법.
