본 고안은 전동기의 일측부분에 결합시켜 구동축을 지지하도록 사용되는 전동기용 브래킷(braket)에 관한것이다.
전동기용 브래킷은 전동기의 고정자와 회전자가 약 0.3mm정도의 틈을 가진 상태로 서로 슬립되지 않게 회전자가 회전하도록 볼베어링등을 통해 전동기 축을 지지하며, 또한 전동기축이 유동되지 않고 원활하게 회전하도록 사용되는데, 이러한 볼베어링을 지지하는 브래킷은 비교적 강도가 큰 재질은 제작 하는 것이 바람직하다.
그런데, 종래 회주철을 용해한 주물로 성형제작된 일반적인 전동기용 브래킷은 회주철의 강도가 비교적크기 때문에 볼베어링은 견고하게 지지할수 있는 잇점은 있으나, 그 중량이 무겁고, 또한 상형 후 볼베어링삽입부분을 선반등으로 가공할때에 고도의 정밀 가공을 요하기 때문에 불량률이 높고 비능률적이었다.
또 브래킷내에 설치된 볼베어링은 고속회전으로 인하여 볼베어링자체에서 열이 많이 발생되는데, 회주철은 열전도율이 낮은 관계로 볼베어링 내부에서 발생되는 열의 자연 냉각속도가 늦게 되어 볼베어링의 마모가 빨라지게 되므로 수명이 짧아지게 되는 결점이 있었다.
이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 결점을 개선하기 위하여 중량이 가벼우면서 외관이 미려하고, 볼베어링삽입부분은 종래의 회주철재와 같이 견고한 강도를 지닐수 있으며, 볼베어링 내부에서 발생되는 열을 회주철재보다 높은 열전도율의 재질로 냉각 효과를 높임으로써 볼베어링의 수명을 연장시킬수 있도록 된 전동기의 브라켓을 제공하는 것으로, 이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
브래킷 본체(1)의 중심부에 전동기축 인출공(2)고 볼베어링 삽입을 위한 돌출턱(3)을 형성시킨 통상의 것에 있어서, 돌출턱(3)의 내측에다 강도가 큰 금속제(강재 또는 분말야금)로 된 볼베어링지지링(4)을 삽입시키되 상기 돌출턱(3)에 연장하여 볼베어링지지링(4)의 선단부를 덮는 링지지턱(5)이 형성되도록 본체(1)와 동시에 알루미늄합금으로 다이케스팅하여서 된 구조로 되어 있다.
여기 베어링 지지링(4)에는 절개부(6)가 형성되어 있는바, 알루미늄합금으로 브래킷본체(1)를 다이캐스팅할때 상기 절개부(6)에도 알루미늄합금이 채워지게 되어 베어링지지링(4)의 결착력을 높이게 된다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 브라켓본체(1)의 재료가 알루미늄합금을 다이케스팅한 것이므로 중량이 월등히 가벼워짐은 물론 외관이 미려하며, 열전도성이 높아 자연냉각효과가 크게 되어 볼베어링지지링(4)내부에 삽설되어 전동기축을 지지하는 불베어링의 발생열을 빨리 냉각시켜 주게 되므로 볼베어링의 수명을 연장시킬수 있게 된다.
또한 돌출턱(3)의 내측 볼베어링 삽입부분이 강도가 큰 금속재 지지링(4)으로 되어 있기 때문에 종래 회주철재 브래킷과 같은 강도를 지닐수 있게 될뿐만 아니라 볼베어링 삽입부분에 대한 별도의 가공이 필요없게 되므로 작업공정을 단축할 수 있게 되고, 가공에 따른 불량율이 거의 없이 생산성 향상에 따른 경제성 효과 또한 크게 된다.
또 돌출턱(3)에 연장하여 베어링지지링(4)을 고정시키기 위한 지지턱(5)이 알루미늄합금 다이캐스팅에 의해 본체(1)와 일체로 형성되므로 베어링지지링(4)이 견고하게 결착되게 한다.
상기한 바와 같이 본 고안은 알루미늄합금의 다이캐스팅에 의해 열전도효과를 높이므로써 전동기축 지지용의 볼베어링을 보호할수 있고, 볼베어링 지지링에 의해 강도를 높이며, 링지지턱에 의해 지지링의 결착을 견고하게 하는 효과가 있다.

  1. 브래킷본체(1)의 중심부에 전동기축 인출공(2)과 볼베어링 삽입을 위한 돌출턱(3)을 형성한 통상의 것에 있어서, 돌출턱(3)의 내측에 강도가 큰 금속재로 되어 일측절개부(6)가 형성된 볼베어링지지링(4)을 삽입시키되 상기 돌출턱(3)에 연장하여 볼베어링지지링(4)의 선단부를 덮는 링지지턱(5)이 형성되도록 본체(1)와 함께 하여서 된 전동기용 브래킷.
