Claims (1)
- 기재의 위에 Te-TeO₂로 된 정보기록막이 코팅된 것에 있어서, Te-TeO2에 Se, Bi를 첨가하여서되는 Te-TeO2-Se-Bi, 4원계 혼합물로 정보기록막을 형성하며, Te; 45-49mole%, TeO₂; 39-49mole%, Se ; 1-15mole%, Bi고정적으로 1mole%인 조성범위로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 기록매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
