Claims (4)

  1. 적어도 1MHZ의 주파수를 기록 및 재생할수 있는 박막자기헤드에 있어서, 축방향 자기 이방성을 갖는 연금속 자기박막으로 된 자극 박막재료와, 상기 혜드의 연축방향에 대해 수직인 자기경로방향을 갖으며 상기의 헤드에 배치시킨 자기회로로 구성시키고, 상기 헤드의 연축방향에서의 자극재료의 길이(w)를 하기와 같이 정의함을 특징으로 하는 박막자기헤드.

    여기에서 d는 상기 자극박막내의 180°자구벽 거리이다.
  2. 적어도 1MHZ의 주파수를 기록 및 재생할수 있는 박막자기헤드에 있어서, 축방향 자기 이방성을 갖는 연금속자기박막으로 된 자극박막재료와, 상기 혜드의 연축방향에 대해 수직인 자기경로 방향을 갖으며 상기의 혜드에 배치시킨 자기회로로 구성시키고, 상기 혜드의 연축방향에서의 자극재료의 길이(w)를 하기와 같이 정의함을 특징으로 하는 박막자기헤드.
