Claims (3)
- 식물의 조직편 또는 배양세포를 세포내의 칼슘 이온을 동원 하는 물질을 함유한 배지를 사용하여 배양함을 특징으로 하는 식물의 조직 배양 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세포내의 칼슘 이온을 동원하는 물질이 인지질인 식물의 조직 배양 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 인지질이 포스파티드산, 리조포스파티드산, 포스파티딜리노시틀, 포스파티딜세린, 포스파티딜에탄올아민, 포스파티딜콜린 또는 포스파티딜글리세롤인 식물의 조직 배양 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
