Claims (7)
- 메탄올에 비하여 무거운 알콜을 함유하는 불순한 메탄올을 개질하여 순수한 수소를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 불순한 메탄올의 증기와 수증기의 혼합물을 가열증발하고; 메탄올과 물의 혼합물을 개질하여 잔류기체를 산출하고; 상기 개질된 기체를 냉각하여 수소와 응축된 알콜-물 혼합물을 산출하고; 이때 상기 잔류 기체가 열-교환 액체의 가열에 사용되고; 개질된 기체의 냉각으로 부터 산출되는 알콜-물 혼합물과 잔류 기체의 동시 연소를 행하는 것으로 구성된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 외의 증발성 액체가 응축된 알콜-물 혼합물에 유입되는방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 응축된 알콜-물 혼합물과 잔류하는 정제기체로 형성되고 상기 혼합물의 분율은 상기 메탄올과 물의 혼합물의 증발에 앞서 개질단계로 재순환되는 것으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 연소된 분율과 재순환되는 분율의 비율이 불순한 메탄올의 기능으로 조절되는 방법.
- 순환되는 공급액체를 혼합하기 위한 공급파이프; 수증기 개질을 위한 관형의 반응기; 반응혼합물 증발기; 배출되는 기체와 액체 공급원 사이의 열교환을 위한 열교환기; 분리기; 정제장치; 두개의 튜브 탱크와 재순환회로가 장치되었으며 잔류 정제 기체를 위한 연소로; 응축된 물-알콜 혼합물을 연소로에 유입시키기 위한 파이프로 구성된 불순한 메탄올의 개질을 위한 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 공급파이프로부터 유입되는 응축된 물-알콜 혼합물을 재순환하기 위한 파이프를 부가적으로 포함하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 혼합물 탱크, 고체분리를 위한 필터, 상기 관형 반응기에 공급하기 위한 여과된 액체 탱크를 부가적으로 포함하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
