Claims (10)
- 주입된 액체 샘플의 구성물을 원심력의 작용하에 더 큰 비중 성분 및 더 작은 비중 성분으로 분리하는 장치에 있어서, 개방단과 폐쇄단을 지니며 샘플 수집 챔버를 형성하는 튜브 형상의 투명 용기, 상기 용기의 개방단 폐쇄용의 바늘로 천공가능한 마개, 원심력의 작용하에 상기 용기내에서 축 방향으로 이동가능한 이중 장벽 조립체를 포함하고, 상기 이중 장벽 조립체는 상기 용기에 주입된 샘플의 더 큰 비중의 구성물과 더 작은 비중의 구성물 중간의 비중을 지니며, 상기 이중 장벽 조립체는 그 상하부의 용기 내압의 압력차에 응하여 둘레에 선택적으로 이중 환형 밀폐부 및 개방 통로를 제공하며, 상기 이중 장벽 조립체는, 상연부에 인접한 제1의 환형 밀폐부를 지니는 컵형의 가요성 부분, 상기 이중 조립체의 상하부의 동일한 압력 및 차이가 나는 압력에 응하여 상기 용기 챔버의 내벽과 선택적으로 밀폐 계합시키고 그 계합을 해제시킬 수 있는 상기 제1의 환형 링의 외연부, 상기 컵형의 가요성 부분의 저벽내에서 그 저벽을 관통하는 흐름 통로를 제공하는 최소한 하나의 개구부, 상기 컵형 부분내에 삽입되는 둥근 고체 코어 부분, 상기 고체 코어 부분의 외표면으로부터 돌출하는 제2의 환형 링, 상기 고체 코어 부분과 상기 컵형 가요성 부분의 저벽 사이를 체결하는 수단을 포함하며, 상기 고체 코어 부분은, 상기 컵형 부분내에서 연직으로 이동하여 상기 제1 및 제 2 링을 상기 이중 조립체의 상하부의 동일한 압력 및 차이나는 압력에 응하여 서로 밀폐 계합시키거나 그 계합으로 부터 분리시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 진공인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 마개가 탄성체로 형성되어 있고, 상기 마개는, 상기 용기의 진공을 용이하게 하기 위하여 상기 마개의 외벽 원주상의 한 지점에 축 방향으로 연장하는 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이중 장벽 조립체의 비중이 약 1.03 내지 1.09 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어 부분이 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리에스터 및 그 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컵형 부분이 천연 탄성체, 합성 탄성체 및 그 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 진공화할 수 있는 액체 수집용 튜브에 삽입되었을 때 튜브내의 압력차에 응하여 둘레에 이중의 환형밀폐부 및 개방 통로를 선택적으로 제공하는, 진공화할 수 있는 액체 수집용 튜브에 삽입하는 이중 장벽 조립체에 있어서, 상면부 근처에 제1의 환형 링을 지니는 컵형의 가요성 부분, 상기 이중 조립체 상하부의 동일한 압력 및 차이나는 압력에 응하여 상기 용기 챔버의 내벽과 밀폐 계합하거나 그 계합으로부터 벗어나도록 선택적으로 이동 가능한 상기 제1환형 링의 외연부, 상기 컵형 가요성 부분의 저벽내에서 그 저벽을 관통하여 흐름 통로를 제공하는 최소한 하나의 개구부, 상기 컵헝 부분에 삽입되는 둥근 고체 코어 부분, 상기 고체 코어 부분의 외표면으로부터 돌출하는 제2의 환형 링, 상기 고체 코어 부분과 기 가요성 컵형 부분의 저벽을 체결하는 수단을 포함하고, 상기 코어 부분은, 상기 컵형 부분내에서 수직으로 이동하여 상기 이중 조립체 상하부의 동일한 압력 및 차이가 나는 압력에 응하여 상기 제1 및 제2링을 서로 밀폐 계합시키거나 그 계합으로부터 이격시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 이중 장벽 조립체의 비중이 약 1.03 내지 1.09 사이의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 코어 부분이 폴리염화비닐, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리에스터 및 그 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 재료로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
