전자식 전화기에 있어서, 전자식 전화기의 숫자 및 2개의 기능키(#,*)에 다기능을 수행하기 위한 4개의 특수 기능키를 포함하여 이루어진 키입력부(10)와, 상기 키입력부 (10)의 키입력을 감지하기 위해 4출력단 (R1-R4)을 통해 스캔펄스를 순차 출력하고, 키입력부(10)의 키보드를 입력하여 내부의 메모리에 저장하며, 키보드에 대응하는 4비트 데이타 및 인에이블 신호를 발생하는 전화기 회로(20)와, 상기 인에이블 신호로 동작되고 전화기 회로(20)의 4비트 데이타를 어드레스로 하여 음성합성데이터를 저장한 메모리를 지정함에 따라 출력된 음성합성 데이타를 스피커(40)로 전송하는 음성합성회로(30)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 음성합성 회로를 이용한 전화기 시스템In the electronic telephone, a key input unit 10 including four special function keys for performing multifunction in the number and two function keys (#, *) of the electronic phone, and key input of the key input unit 10.
