Claims (17)
- 밀도가 0.96 또는 그 이상인 적어도 50중량%의 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 함유하며, 기계방향시에 1.25:1-2:1, 가로방향시에 6:1-12:1의 변형비를 갖는 2개의 축으로 배향하는 고밀도 폴리프로필렌필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가로방향의 변형비는 기계방향의 변형비보다 적어도 4배가 큰것을 특징으로하는 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (ⅰ)의 용융지수가 0.5-2.0인 다량의 일차 HDPE와, (ⅱ)일차 HDPE와는 다른 용융지수를 갖는 이차 HDPE로 구성된 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, (ⅰ)의 용융지수는 0.6-1.2인것을 특징으로하는 필름.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, (ⅱ)의 용융지수는 0.1-0.5인것을 특징으로하는 필름.
- 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 필름은 (ⅲ)용융지수가 2.0-8인 삼차 HDPE를 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 필름.
- 제3항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, (ⅰ)은 50-98중량%의 필름중합물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 필름.
- 제3항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, (ⅱ)은 1-25중량%의 필름중합물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 필름.
- 제6항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, (ⅲ)은 1-25중량%의 필름중합물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 필름.
- 제6항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, (ⅰ)는 적어도 84중량%의 필름중합물질, (ⅱ)와(ⅲ)은 각각 3-8중량%의 필름중합물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, HDPE는 주로 단일수지로 구성된것을 특징으로하는 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 10중량% 이하의 미소결정질 왁스를 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 필름.
- 전항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 필름 적어도 한면에 열접착층을 갖는것을 특징으로하는 필름.
- 제13항에 있어서, 열접착층은 이오노머인것을 특징으로하는 필름.
- 제13항에 있어서, 열접착층은 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체인것을 특징으로하는 필름.
- 제13 내지 제15항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 열접착 이오노머층은 HDPE필름의 한쪽면상에서 공동사출되는 것을 특징으로하는 필름.
- 식품포장에 사용되는 전항중 어느 한항에 따른 필름의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
