본 고안은 연마기로 가공물의 경사면 연삭작업을 할때 자동으로 연삭작업을 하고 정밀한 성형각도를 성형시 수동으로 그리인더가 착설된 슬리이드판을 이송시키며 연삭작업을 할수 있게한 연마기의 슬라이드판 이송 자동,수동 변환장치에 관한것이다.The present invention automatically grinds when grinding the inclined surface of the workpiece with the grinder, and transfers the slide plate of the grinder that is installed with the grinder manually when forming the precise molding angle. 본 고안은 이러한점을 감안하여 워엄기어가 착설된 회전축과 핸들이 착설된 연결축을 삽탈할 수 있게하고 회전축에 제어핀을 설치하여 각도 모터와 연결된 체인기어의 회전력을 회전축에 전달을 제어할 수 있게하여 정밀한 각도 성형부위에 도달하기 전까지는 회전축이 각도 모터의 회전력을 전달받아 자동으로 슬라이드판이 이동되면 연삭작업을 할수 있게하고 정밀한 각도 성형부위에 도달하면 회전축에 연결축을 삽입시켜 제어핀이 체인기어의 삽입홈에 완전 삽입되며 체인기어와 회전축이 분리되어 각도 모터의 회전력을 차단하고 핸들로 연결축을 회전시켜 슬라이드판의 이동을 수동으로 시행할수 있게하여 정밀한 각도성형은 수동으로 하므로서 작업시간의 단축 및 정밀한 각도 성형을 할수 있게하여 작업능률을 향상시키며 제품 품질을 높일 수 있게한것으로서 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In view of this, the present invention enables the removal of the connecting shaft with the worm gear installed and the connecting shaft with the handle installed, and the control pin installed on the rotating shaft to control the transmission of the rotational force of the chain gear connected to the angle motor to the rotating shaft. 이와같이된 본 고안은 제2도에 표현된 바와 같이 가공물(21)의 경사면을 연삭할때 회전축(4)에서 연결축(10)을 빼내게 되면 제5도와 같이 회전축(4)의 통공(5).(5')과 체인기어(13)의 삽입홈(14).(14')에 삽입된 작동핀(7).(7')과 제어핀(8).(8')이 스프링(9).(9')의 탄발력으로 내측으로 밀리며 제어핀(8).(8')이 체인기어(13)와 회전축(4)을 연결시키는 중간위치에 위치하게 되어 각도 모터(16)의 회전을 체인(15)으로 전달받은 체인기어(13)와 함께 회전축(4)이 회전하여 워엄기어(3)를 회전시키게 되어 이와 연결된 스크류(2)가 회전되며 슬라이드판(1)을 이동시켜 그 라인더 모터(19)에 연결된 그라인더(20)가 가공물(21)을 연삭하게 된다. 이렇게 각도 모터(16)의 회전력에 의해 자동으로 슬라이드판(10)이 이동되며 가공물(21)의 각도성형 인접부까지 성형한 다음 정밀한 각도 성형을 위해서는 슬라이드판(1)의 이동을 수동으로 작동시켜야 정밀한 경사면의 각도 성형이 되므로 이와 같은 수동 작동을 위해서는 제5(b)도에 표현된 바와 같이 핸들(12)이 착설된 연결축(10)을 회전축(4) 내부의 작동홈(6).(6')에 작동돌기(11).(11')가 끼워지도록 삽입하게 되면 작동돌기(11).(11')가 작동홈(6).(6')에 끼워지며 자동편(7).(7')을 밀게되고 작동핀(7).(7')은 제어핀(8).(8')을 밀어 제어핀(8).(8')이 체인기어(13)내부의 삽입홈(14).(14')에 완전히 삽입되며 체인기어(13)와 회전축(4)은 분리된 상태가 되고 이때 연결축(10)의 핸들(12)의 회전시키면 연결축(10)의 작동돌기(11).(11')가 회전축(4)의 작동홈(6).(6')에 삽입되어 있으므로 핸들(12)의 회전에 의해 회전되는 연결축(10)과 함께 회전축(4)이 회전되어 스크류(2)의 회전에 의해 슬라이드판(1)의 이동되며 그라인더모터(19)에 의해 회전되는 그라인더(20)에 의해 가공물(21)의 경사각도를 정밀하게 연삭할 수 있게되는 것이다.The present invention as described above is to remove the connecting shaft 10 from the rotary shaft 4 when grinding the inclined surface of the workpiece 21, as shown in Figure 2 through the hole 5 of the rotary shaft 4 as shown in FIG.
