Abstract

A lumber is cross cut into thin sheets to have cross grain patterns, and defective sheets are patched with pieces obtained from the extra part of the original sheet for the holes produced due to nodes or other flaws. The sheets then are piled in layers with adhesive in between in the original order of cutting the sheets and pressed for adhesion into the original lumber form to be cut again in perepndicular to the original lumber form to be cut again in perpendicular to the original cutting direction and produce flawles cross grain sheets. With applications to flawed lumbers, the method icnreses the productibility of cross grain wood sheets to the effect of low production cost.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention mainly relates to sheet wood veneers that adhere to the surface of furniture to obtain a natural aesthetic of solid wood, and include Walnut, Elm, Even if there are defects such as cracks, knots, or tooth holes in the inner wood of Rosewood, Ebony, Mansonia, etc. At the same time, the curved veneer does not occur in the finished veneer.

Conventionally, in order to obtain natural wood veneer by processing solid wood, first, the top, bottom, left and right curved surfaces of the wood section are cut so that the width of the veneer is constant, and thinly cut in the direction perpendicular to the cross section to obtain the veneer. In the inner layer of wood, cracks or knots formed during the growth of wood have some holes, and the patterned wood with these defects cannot be used, so they can be cut and produced in inaccurately or disposed of as waste if severe defects occur. Therefore, the yield of wood veneer is less than 40%. Therefore, in our situation of solid wood depending on imports, there is a problem of unnecessary waste of foreign currency as well as individual economic loss. As a result, the hardness difference of the material itself There was a problem that caused a wave form bend in the cut wood veneer caused the quality degradation.

The present invention is to solve the problems of the conventional wood block manufacturing method as described above described in detail according to the accompanying drawings as follows.

First, as shown in the drawing, the conventional manufacturing method cuts the curved surface in the vertical direction on the cross section of the wood (1) as shown in Fig. 1 (a), and then cuts it at narrow intervals as shown in Fig. 1 (b). In the present invention, the wood chip veneer of the present invention is obtained by punching a defect part 6 such as cracks, knots, and pores in the veneer (2) obtained in the same manner as in the first (a) and the first (b). After pruning with a puching machine) from the purchase of the solid wood (4) to remove the same shape as the defective part (6) and put in the defective part (6) by applying an adhesive (5) to the defective part ( 6) After supplementing all the subplates 2 in the same order as in Fig. 1 (b) by re-adhesive and pressurized with a press (7) for a certain time, as shown in Fig. 3, after the pressing step is finished After drying for a certain period of time in a place with good ventilation.

After drying, as shown in FIG. 4, when cut as the cutting diagram 8 perpendicular to the bonding direction of the subplate 2, the wood veneer 9 can be obtained as shown in FIG. In addition, in the present invention, while obtaining the aesthetic of the same natural wood as the wood veneer according to the conventional method, the marginal part bonded to the defective part is not only very thin but also other parts in appearance by the pressing process after bonding. The defect is removed to such an extent that it is impossible to identify and it is possible to remove the corrugation bending caused by the difference in hardness of the partial material on the wood cross section by the bonding process and the pressing process. Thus, the present invention is a wood block by the conventional method. Not only can the wood's aesthetics, such as wood veneer, be saved, but also fatalities such as knots, burrs, and cracks As it can prevent the occurrence of inaccurate by repairing the defects, it can double the yield compared to the conventional method of manufacturing the wood veneer, thus reducing the economic burden on the producer and greatly reducing the foreign currency required to import the wood, and the wave bend on the veneer is formed. It is possible to greatly improve and enhance the quality of the product.
