The present invention is to efficiently separate and remove the residues of the waste water discharged from various production plants or food processing plants, and the waste oil mixed in the waste water.
Conventionally, a power dehydrator is used to treat wastewater by chemicals or by inserting the wastewater into the filter cloth and compresses it. However, this paper does not use such chemicals or power dehydrator. As described in detail by the accompanying drawings as to enable the natural filtration of the back as follows.
A plurality of filter rods 13 formed in an upper tank 2 and a lower tank 3 in a narrowly arranged upper and wide bottom filter tank 1 and curved in a wave form between the upper tank 2 and the lower tank 3. ), The inclined filter (4) is installed at regular intervals, and the upper water tank (2) has a wastewater inlet (21) connected to the inlet pipe (21 '), and the lower water tank (3) has an outlet (22). It is connected to the discharge pipe 22 '.
The diaphragm 6 forming the bottom surface of the upper tank 2 is composed of a gentle slope portion 7 and a steep slope portion 7 ', and the inclined guide surface 8 is integrally formed after the steep slope portion 7'. In addition, a bending control piece 9 which allows the waste water to flow appropriately while flowing in the tank without suddenly ejecting protrudes perpendicularly to the steep slope 7 'at a predetermined height of the steep slope 7'.
An outlet 10 through which waste water flows out is formed in the front of the upper water tank 2, and an adjustment plate 12 freely rotated is installed on the transverse pins 11 at predetermined intervals from the inclined guide surface 8. The filter 4 was constructed by welding a wave-shaped filter rod 13 having an inverted triangle in cross section to the support rod 14 at regular intervals, and the support rod 14 was the highest of the wave-shaped bent filter rod 13. It was deposited on the back of the portion 15 so that a valley 15 'was naturally formed between the support rod 14 and the support rod 14.
The support rod 14 slightly bends the upper and lower two portions 16 and 16 ', so that the upper portion 17 of the inclined filter 4 is steeply inclined, and the central portion 17' is generally inclined to the lower portion 17 '.
The shaft rod 19 penetrates through the support piece 18 welded to several support rods 14, and the inclination filter 4 rotates freely about this shaft rod 19. As shown in FIG.
The shaft bar 19 is positioned slightly above the centerline of the inclined filter 4 so that the bottom of the shaft bar 19 is heavier than the upper side. Therefore, the inclined filter 4 with a heavy bottom always tries to stand upright, so that the upper and lower ends 20 20 ') is applied to the inclined guide surface 8 and the bottom surface 5 of the lower tank 3 so that the inclined filter 4 is stabilized while making a constant inclination without rotating.
Reference numeral 25 is a side bar 26 of the filter barrel 1, the side bar 27 supporting the side wall 25, the waste water 28, the residue 29 is the waste water after filtering the residue.
In this configuration configured in this way, when the wastewater 27 is injected into the upper tank 2 through the inlet 21, the rising wastewater 27 is moderated to some extent by the control piece 9, and inside the upper tank 2, While flowing back, it overflows to the outlet 10 and flows along the inclined guide surface 8.
The wastewater flowing out to the outlet 10 is suppressed so as not to be thrown away by the adjusting plate 12 and is adjusted to flow to a certain amount and speed.
Wastewater 27 flowing down the inclined guide surface (8) flows down the inclined filter (4) while gathering toward the valley (15 ') by the induction of the wave-shaped filter rod (13) and the filter rod at the steep slope of the upper (17) Some of the water flows out through the (13) and the rest of the water flows down with the waste to prevent the residue from stagnating, and in the central portion (17 ') where the slope is slightly gentle, most of the water flows between the filter rods (13) and is dehydrated. Residual water flows out completely between filter rods 13 as the flow is stagnated on the lower slope (17˝) and is gradually discharged to the outlet 22 through the lower tank (3). Subsequent debris will be pushed out of the filter (1).
If there is a lot of debris caught between the filter rods 13, the inclined filter 4 is rotated upwards (in the direction of the arrow) to be inverted, and it is easily cleaned by removing it with water or other tools. Rotate and roll back.
Therefore, this paper has the effect that it is possible to simply filter the waste water without consuming expensive chemicals or a lot of power.
