전기곤로의 출력 가변장치

본 고안은 히터체를 사용하는 전기곤로에 있어서, 하터체를 내측히터로 구분시킨후 히터의 출력을 사용 목적과 대상에 따라 가변시켜 사용할수 있도록 한 전기곤로의 출력 가변장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 전기곤로는 단순한 전원의 차단과 접속작용으로서 히터제의 출력(발열량)을 조절 또는 제어했던 것으로 제어기능이 단순할분 아니라 가열 대상의 종류와 목적에 관계없이 일정한 열량만을 방출하기 때문에 결국 아까운 전력을 낭비하는 폐단이 있었으며 적은 용기의 가열일 경우 히터체의 전체열에 의하여 손잡이가 가열되어 화상등의 위험 요소등이 사용상에 뒤따랐던 것이다.
이러한 제반결점은 히터체의 출력을 사용목적과 대상에 따라 조절할수 없기 때문에 발생되는 것으로 본 고안은 이와 같은 점을 감안하여 히터체를 내측히터와 외측히터로 분리하여 각각의 스위치로서 통전됨은 물론 가열대상에 따라 내측히터와 외측히터의 열량을 조절할수 있도록 하므로써 가열시의 주변요건이나 작업조건에 따라서 히터체의 출력을 조절 및 가변되도록 한 것이다.
이와 같은 목적의 본 고안을 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
전원과 플러그(7)의 연결로 히터체(1)가 가열되게 한 통상의 전기곤로(5)에 있어서 곤로(5)의 상면에 설치하는 히터체(1)를 내측히터(2)의 외측히터(3)로서 구성하되 내측히터(2)는 제2도의 히터체 평면도에서 도시된 바와 같이형으로 하고 외측히터(3)는 제2도에 도시된 바와 같이형으로 구성하여 내측히터(2)의 바깥물레에 설치하는 구성을 갖추며 각각의 히터(2) (3)를 구성하는 내측히터선(HC1)과 외측히터선(HC2)은 노브(N1) (N2) (N3) (N4)가 구성된 스위치체(4)에 연결되게 구성한후 스위치체(4)의 내부에는 각각의 노브(N1∼N4)와 접속 분리되는 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4스위치(S1) (S2) (S3) (S4)의 구성을 갖추었다.
이때 제1스위치(S1)와 제2스위치(S2)는 각각 내측히터선(HC1) 및 외측히터선(HC2)에 직접 연결되게 구성하고 제3스위치(S3)와 제4스위치(S4)는 다이오드(D1) (D2)를 통하여 내측히터선(HC1) 및 외측히터선(HC2)과 연결되게 구성하며 각 스위치(S1∼S4)는 각각의 노브(N1) (N2) (N3) (N4)에 의해 전원이 접속 및 분리되게 구성한 것이다.
이러한 구성으로 이루어진 본 고안에서는 스위치체(4)의 노브(N1∼N4)를 선택함에 따라서 전체가열, 일부가열, 전체반가열, 일부반가열 작동을 얻을수 있는 것으로써 전체 가열작용을 얻고자 할 경우에는 제5도의 노브(N4)를 선택하게 되면 제1, 제2스위치(S1) (S2)가 통전되어 전원이 내측히터선(HC1)과 외측히터선(HC2)으로 제4도의 (a)에서와 같이 전파형이 공급되기 때문에 내측히터(2)와 외측히터(3)는 전체적으로 발열되는 것이어서 큰 용기 또는 빠른 가열에 적합하며 일부 가열만 하고자 할 경우(내측히터(2)만 동작시킴)에는 노브(N2)를 선택하게 되면 제1스위치(S1)만이 통전되어 제1스위치(S1)와 연결된 내측히터선(HC1)에 제4도의 (a)와 같은 가열함에 있어 열량을 반으로 줄여 반가열시키고자 할때에는 노브(N3)를 선택한다.
노즈(N3)가 선택되면 제3, 제4스위치(S3) (S4)가 연결되어 내측히터선(HC1)과 외측히터선(HC2)에 통전되지만 이때에는 전원이 다이오드(D1) (D2)를 통해서 제4도의 (b)에서와 같이 반파정류되어 인가되기 때문에 내측히터(2)와 외측히터(3)에서는 최고 출력의정도의 열량만 발생시키므로 큰 용기의 늦은 가열을 필요로 할때 선택할 수 있는 것이고 또한 노브(N1)가 선택되면 제3스위치(S3)가 연결되어 내측히터선(HC1)에는 다이오드(D1)를 통하여 제4도의 (b)에서와 같이 이 반파정류된 파형이 인가되므로 전체 최고 출력치의만 발열시키는 일부 반가열 동작을 수행하게 되는 것이다.
이를 간단히 설명하면 전기곤로의 최대 출력상태가 1이라고 하고 사용되는 내측히터(2)와 외측히터(3)의 전기저항이 같다고 할때 노브(N4)는 최대출력치인 1을 발휘하고 노브(N3)는 최대 출력의 1/2을 다이오드(D1) (D2)에 의해서 발휘하며 노브(N2)의 경우에는 내측히터선(HC1)만을 직접 가열하므로 최대 출력의 1/2을 얻을수 있고 그리고 마지막노브(N1)에서는 내측히터선(HC1)를 다이오드(D1)를 통해서 반가열시키므로 전체 출력치의 1/4을 얻을수 있는 것이다.
이상에서와 같은 본 고안은 히터체를 내, 외측히터로 분리시킨 상태에서 다이오드를 통하거나 직접적으로 연결시킨 스위치의 구성으로 히터의 출력을 자유롭게 조절할수 있는 기능과 그 기능에 대한 사용상의 효율을 제공할수 있을 뿐만 아니라 사용조건에 맞게 히터의 출력을 가변화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있어서 전기의 절약은 물론 제품의 신뢰성과 고급성을 증진시킬수 있는 고안인 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 통상의 곤로(5)상면에 설치하는 히터체(1)를 구성함에 있어서, 곤로(5)의 상면에 안착시키는 히터체(1)를 내측히터(2) 및 외측히터(3)로 구성하여 스위치체(4)와 연결시키되 스위치체(4)의 노브(N1∼N4)로 내측히터선(HC1)와 외측히터선(HC2)에 직접 연결된 스위치(S1) (S2)와 다이오드(D1) (D2)를 통하여 연결된 스위치(S3) (S4)를 선택하게 구성한 전기곤로의 출력 가변장치.
