Abstract

PURPOSE:To make simple and inexpensive connection between an operating device and a controller when combustion control of a boiler etc. is conducted by an operating device independent of the body by a method wherein the operating device and the controller are connected through a double-wire line and signals for conrol and those for display are transmitted by different voltages. CONSTITUTION:By full-wave rectification through rectifiers REC1-REC4 an alternating current source AC is smoothed by a capacitor C to obtain a direct current source. This is supplied to a combustion safety control circuit in the form of an integrated circuit. Positive half-waves are taken out of the source AC by a resistor R1, a diode D1 to control a transistor Q1 and the collector current is given to the base of a transistor Q2 as a switching element. And the direct current source is made and broken by ON and OFF operations of the Q2 according to the half-waves of the source AC and the voltage is applied between the double wire lines L1, L2 from the interrupted electric source. An operating device CB connected to this controller CT through the lines L1, L2 comprises a self-holding starting switch SW, a temperature setting variable resistor RV, light emitting diodes LD11-LD13, etc.
