Description

Multi-layer nail lacquer remover

The present invention relates to a nail lacquer removal liquid that can provide skin moisturizing and emollient effect by using the properties of the multilayer nail lacquer removal liquid.

More specifically, the present invention relates to a transparent nail lacquer removal solution capable of multilayer separation using alkyl acetate, a small amount of ion-exchanged water, a moisturizer, an alcohol, a surfactant, and a silicone oil.

Conventionally, acetone is used as a nail lacquer removal liquid. However, due to the organic solubility of acetone, the solid component of nail lacquer could be easily dissolved and removed. However, when acetone is used excessively or long-term use is applied, nutrient loss of the contact skin of the nail There was a drawback of side effects such as degreasing or dehydration in the skin around the nail.

In addition, the effect of nail lacquer removal, which is the main function of nail lacquer removal liquid, should not cause any side effects or harm to the site of use. In order to improve the fact that one skin damage should be small, a transparent liquid nail lacquer remover using alcohol together to prevent degreasing and dehydration of the skin by mixing a small amount of ion-exchanged water and a moisturizer with a nail lacquer remover has been recently developed.

Looking at the characteristics of the nail lacquer removal liquid is characterized in that the solvent and the ion-exchanged water that is not mixed with each other is characterized by the composition to be mixed with each other by the alcohol, the relative increase in alcohol is not possible when the amount of water is increased.

Therefore, the nail lacquer removal solution prevents degreasing and dehydration as compared to acetone, but is limited in the amount of moisture and moisturizer added.

If the amount of water is increased, the amount of alcohol is increased and the amount of the solvent to be mixed decreases, resulting in a reduction in nail lacquer removal effect.

In addition, the addition of an oil component that can give an emollient effect becomes an opaque liquid, causing problems in product stability.

An object of the present invention is to provide a multi-layer nail lacquer removal solution to improve the existing nail lacquer removal solution to overcome the limitation of the addition amount of water to give the emulsion effect in order to solve the above problems.

The present invention is characterized by a multi-layered nail lacquer removal liquid consisting of 40-80 parts by weight of alkyl acetate, 5-20 parts by weight of alcohol, 1-15 parts by weight of nonionic surfactant, 1-20 parts by weight of silicone oil, and a moisturizer and ion-exchanged water. The new composition of the multilayer separation nail lacquer removal liquid to be described in detail as follows.

Wherein R is C n H 2n-1 where n is an integer from 1-9.

The above alkyl acetate is the main solvent that dissolves and removes nail lacquer. In the present invention, ethyl acetate, propyl acetate, butyl acetate, pentyl acetate, hexyl acetate, heptyl acetate, octyl acetate, or the like or a mixture thereof is suitable.

The nonionic surfactant of the present invention extends the mixing time between the solvent for dissolving nail lacquer and a moisturizer to prevent degreasing of the nail epidermis, and specific examples thereof include a hydrophilic ratio having a HLB (Hydrophilic Lipophilic Balance) value of 7 or more. Ionic surfactants.

If the amount is less than 1 part by weight, the above effects cannot be satisfied, and when used more than 15 parts by weight, the effect of removing nail lacquer is reduced.

The alcohol of the present invention acts to further enhance the effect of the nonionic surfactant, and specific examples include lower alcohols having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, such as methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, butanol, isobutanol, and t-butanol. , Pentanol, isopentanol, or the like or a mixture thereof is suitable.

The silicone oil of the present invention serves to prevent nutrient loss, degreasing, and dehydration of nails by using a solvent, and simultaneously acts as an antifoam. Examples thereof include methyl polysiloxane.

If the amount is less than 1 part by weight, the above effects cannot be satisfied, and if it is more than 20 parts by weight, the effect of removing nail lacquer is reduced.

The above-described nail lacquer removal composition according to the present invention solves the conventional disadvantage that a specific restriction on the amount of water added is required and the softening effect of the epidermis can be obtained at the same time.

The lipophilic solvent and the hydrophilic ion-exchanged water of the present invention are not mixed with each other and the layer separation proceeds after a certain time, but the time required for the above-mentioned composition liquids of the present invention to be mixed with each other and sufficiently started to be dissolved is removed. There is another feature in that the time required is sufficiently delayed since it is correlated with the required time.

The inventors found that it took about 5 minutes to 15 minutes as a result of measuring the time spent on lacquer removal, and the composition liquid of the present invention could be sufficiently compounded in the use time described above.

Therefore, the nail lacquer remover, which has been sufficient after standing for a long time, can be used by shaking only once before use.

Hereinafter, the nail lacquer removal liquid of the present invention will be described in detail by examples.

1-7]Example 1-7

To prepare a nail lacquer remover with the components shown in Table 1 below, the results of the effect analysis are shown in Table 3.

1-3]Comparative Example 1-3

To prepare a nail lacquer removal liquid with the components shown in Table 2 below the results of the effect analysis are shown in Table 3.

Figure kpo00003
Figure kpo00003

Figure kpo00004
Figure kpo00004

As can be seen from Table 3, when comparing the known nail lacquer removal solution and the present invention in terms of effect analysis, it showed an excellent effect on the supply of nutrients to nails, and degreasing, dehydration inhibition, moisturizing and emollient effects It can be seen that it is superior to the nail lacquer removal liquid (Comparative Example 2).

In the case of Comparative Example 2, the amount of hydrogenation is limited. To solve this problem, Comparative Example 3, in which ethyl alcohol was deleted, was tested.

As a result, although the limitation of the amount of hydrogenation was overcome, the use of the nail lacquer removal liquid continued to be shaken during use because it was short at a time sufficient after shaking.

Since the time until sufficient time should be ideally matched with the time required to remove the nail lacquer, it was possible to solve the shortcoming of the fast enough time by using a nonionic surfactant as in Example 1.

However, in the case of Example 1 appeared bubble generation when used by using a surfactant.

이에대해 본 발명자는 에몰리엔트 효과를 주면서 동시에 소포작용이 가능한 실리콘오일의 첨가실험을 실시하였다(실시예 2-7)In response to this, the inventors conducted an experiment of adding silicone oil capable of vesicular action while providing an emollient effect (Example 2-7).

As a result of this experiment, it was invented as a nail lacquer removal liquid, and invented a nail lacquer removal liquid having excellent degreasing, dehydration prevention and emollient effects, which were disadvantages of the conventional nail lacquer removal liquid.

Another feature of the present invention is to invent the three-layer separation by further developing the appearance of the existing two-layer nail lacquer removal liquid.
