본 고안의 목적은 종래의 장식품이 거의가 정적인 물체로서 항상 동일한 모양, 상태, 분위기 때문에 주위에 조용한 분위기만 줄뿐 활동적이거나 진취적인 면이 결여되어 있다. 특히 진취적이어야할 깃발은 항상 처져서 늘어져 있어 이것을 동적이고 진취적인 모습으로 하기위해서 장식품에 구동부분을 갖추어서 바람이 없는 곳에서도 깃발이 나부끼게하여 더욱 장식효과를 얻을 수 있도록 했다.The object of the present invention is that the conventional ornaments are almost static objects and always give a quiet atmosphere around the same shape, state, atmosphere, but lacks the active or enterprising aspect.
