Claims (1)

  1. 두 개의 원통압력용기(1)(2)에 200Mesh 이하의 M0S2입자를 수장하고 대향되게 설치된 수관(4)(5)을 통하여 저부에 배출구(6)가 개설된 복개 원통용기(3)내로 40-50㎏/㎠의 수압의 물로서 입자를 분출하여 상호 충격케 하여 0.5μ 이하의 미분을 조성하는 고체 윤활체 제조방법.
