Claims (6)

  1. 전자파차폐용 효과를 갖는 열가소성고분자 수지조성물에 있어서, 열가소성 플라스틱수지 50 내지 90중량%와 금속 또는 표면에 금속이 코팅된 전기전도성 충전제 50 내지 10중량% 및, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드와 알칼리토금속계의 퍼클로레이트염의 착화물이 상기 충전제에 대해 0.05 내지 5중량%의 비율로 혼합되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자파차페용 열가소성 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 플라스틱 수지는 폴리에스테르나 폴리카보네트, 폴리에스테르-폴리카보네이트 공중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리아미드이미드, 폴리페닐렌옥사이드, 폴리페닐렌에테르, 폴리스타이렌, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스타이렌 공중합체중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 또는 이들이 혼합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전도성 충전제로는 알루미늄, 구리, 은, 니켈 또는 이들 합금의 금속플레이크나 은, 구리, 니켈, 스테인레스 스틸의 금속파이버, 또는 표면에 이들 금속이 코팅되어 있는있는 유리나 그라파이트파이버 단독 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에서 적어도 하나이상을 선택한 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드는 그 분자량이 100 내지 10000인 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속계의 퍼클로레이트염은 리튬퍼클로레이트염, 베릴륨퍼클로레이트염, 칼슘퍼클로레이트염, 루비듐퍼클로레이트염, 바륨퍼클로레이트염의 단독 또는 이들 혼합물중에 적어도 하나이상을 선택한 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 금속 퍼클로레이트염은 폴리에틸렌옥사이드에 대해서 5내지 30 몰%로 혼합되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
