Claims (10)

  1. 수용성의 염-양(salt-like) 활성 화합물, 유기용매에 용해 가능한 활성 화합물 및 (a) 페닐설포네이트염, (b) 에톡실화된 알킬페놀 포스페이트 또는 폴리아릴 페놀 포스페이트, (c) 에톡실화된 산성에스테르 및, (d) 알킬페놀 폴리글리콜 에테르 유도체의 혼합물로 이루어진 계면활성제 혼합물을 함유하는 유기용매, 물, 계면활성제 및 2개 이상의 활성 화합물을 기본으로 하는 제초제 조성물.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 수용성 활성 화합물이 글루포-시네이트, 바이알라포스, 포스알라신, 파라캇트 또는 글리포세이트 염이며, 유기용매에 용해 가능한 활성 화합물이 요소 유도체, 페놀 유도체 또는 아세트 아닐리드 화합물인 제초제 조성물.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 유기용매에 용해 가능한 활성 화합물이 메톨라클로르, 리누론, 모노리누론 또는 알라클로로인 제초제 조성물.
  4. 제 1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매가 톨루엔, 크실렌, 1/2 메틸나프탈렌, C6-C16방향족 화합물의 혼합물, 플탈레이트 또는 수-불혼화성 케톤인 제초제 조성물.
  5. 제 1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 활성 화합물 1 내지 60중량%, 계면활성제 3 내지 30중량% 및 용매 0 내지 75중량%를 함유하는 제초제 조성물.
  6. 제 1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 계면활성제 혼합물이 페닐설포네이트염 0.1 내지 4.5중량%, 에톡실화된 알킬-(또는 폴리아릴) 페놀 포스페이트 1 내지 10중량%, 에톡실화된 산성 인산 에스테르 0.1 내지 2중량%, 및 알킬페놀 폴리글리콜 에테르 1 내지 8중량%를 함유하는 제초제 조성물.
  7. 제 1항 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 수상 : 유기상 비가 20 : 80 내지 60 : 40 인 제초제 조성물
  8. 제 1항 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 농후제로서 알루미노 실리케이트를 추가로 함유하는 제초제 조성물.
  9. 수상을 유기상과 혼합하고 상기상에 10 내지 7000/초 범위의 전단응력을 가하여 제 1항 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 청구된 제초제를 제조하는 방법.
  10. 원하지 않는 식물 성장을 방지하기 위한 제 1항 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 따른 제초제의 용도.
