Abstract

This invention relates to a combustion burner for pulverized coal. In this combustion burner a tubular body is diverging to a neck and a second air pipe. The opposite part of the neck is connected with an inner pipe surrounded by a outer pipe. There is provided a nozzle above the neck. The nozzle is in communication with a hopper. The nozzles end in the neck is inclined. The outer pipe is provided with a nozzle at the other end to communicate with the second air pipe so as to mix and issue the air and the pulverized coal intaken by expanded air in the neck.

본 발명은 약 70 메쉬이하의 미분단을 공기와함께 일정압력으로 분출시키면서 연소토록하는 미분탄연소버너(Burner)에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 가스나 유류를 분사노즐 형태로 분출 연소시키는 연소버너는 잘알려져 왔으나 석탄등을 분쇄하여 미분탄화한 입상물(粒狀物)을 분출연소시키는 연소버너는 제안된적이 없었다. 입자상의 미분탄을 분출 연소시키기 위해서는 일정한 분쇄입도를 유지하여햐 함은 물론, 노즐의 구조자체가 종래 일반적인 가스, 오일 사용의 노즐구조와는 구조적으로 판이하게 달라져야 하는 것이다. 다시말해서, 미분탄과 일정압력의 공기가 혼합과 동시에 분사되기 위한 적절한 혼합구조를 갖임이 요구되는 것이다. 본 발명은 이와같은 구조적 특징을 갖는 입상물의 연소버너로서 일정압력으로 분사되는 공기를 일측으로 우회하면서 노즐부분에서 분출되게 함과 동시에 일부의 공기를 보다 가느다란 관경의 목부를 통과시키되 이 목부 상부로부터 입상연료가 목부를 지나는 팽창된 공기압에 의하여 혼힙되게 한뒤 노즐측으로 확산시키는 구조를 갖는다. 본 발명은 일정기체 압력으로 입상물을 흡입확산시킴과 동시에 순수 공기만의 이차공기가 분사되는 연료의 주변에서 혼합분출토록하는 새로운 미분탄(입상물) 연소 버너를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 첨부도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 보다 내경이 가늘어지는 목부(3)전방으로는 목부(3)와 연통되는 내관(4)을 구성하고 이내관(4)의 바깥쪽으로는 일정원통 간격으로 외관(5)을 구성하되 목부(3)을 사이로 별개의 이차공기관(2)이 관체(1)로부터 외관(5)에 걸쳐서 연통 구성된다.The present invention relates to a pulverized coal combustion burner (Burner) which allows combustion of finely divided powders of about 70 mesh or less with air at a constant pressure.
