Claims (11)

  1. 하기식(I)의 화합물:
    상기식중, X는 산소, S(O)n 또는, NR11이고; 각각의 R1, R2, R3및 R4는 독립적으로 수소, C1-8알킬 또는 COOR9이거나, 또는 R1및 R2가 함께 C3-6알킬렌을 형성하며; R5는 1-6개의 할로겐원자로 임의 치환된 C1-8알콕시; 알콕시; S(O)n′R12; 할로겐; 또는 니트로이고; 각각의 R6및 R6은 독립적으로 수소; 할로겐; 1-6개의 할로겐 원자로 임의 치환된C1-8알킬; 1-6개의 할로겐 원자로 임의 치환된 C1-8알콕시; C1-8; 알콕카르보닐; C1-8알콕시카르보닐; NR9R10; SO2NR9R10; S(O)n′R12; 니트로; 또는 시아노로서 단, R6및 R7은 모두 6위치에 결합되어 있지 않으며; R8은 수소, C1-8알킬, C1-8알킬카르보닐, C1-8알콕시 카르보닐, 벤조일, C(O)NR9R10, C1-8알킬 술포닐, P(O)-(OR11)2또는 R9P(O)OR11이고; 각각의 R9및 R10은 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-8알킬이며; R11은 C1-8알킬이고; 및 R12는 1-6개의 할로겐원자로 임의 치환된 C1-8알킬이며; 및 각각의 n및 n′는 0,1 또는 2이다.]
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 식중 X가 NR11이고 및 R8이 C1-8알킬, C1-8알킬카르보닐, 벤조일, C1-8알콕시카르보닐 또는 C1-8알킬술포닐인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 식중 X가 0 또는 S이고 및 R8이 C1-8알킬, C1-8알킬카르보닐, 벤조일, C1-8알콕시카르보닐 또는 C1-8알킬술포닐 화합물.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 식중 R1, R2, R3및 R5중 최소한 1개가 COOR9인 화합물.
  5. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 식중 R1, R2, R3및 R4중 최소한 3개가 수소가 아닌 화합물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식중 R7이 수소인 화합물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 식중 R5가 니트로인 화합물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, a)2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-4-(4-클로로-2-니트로-벤조일)-2H-피란-3,5-(4H, 6H)-디온 b)2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-4-(4-브로모-2-메틸-벤조일)-2H-피란-3,5-(4H, 6H)디온 c)2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-4-(2,3-디클로로-4-메티술포닐벤조일)-2H-3,5-(4H, 6H)-디온으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 화합물.
  9. 하기식(II)의 화합물에 대하여 하기식(Ia)의 화합물로의 자리옮김 반응을 수행하고, 이어서 필요에 따라 식(Ia)의 화합물을 하기식(Ib)의 화합물로 에테르화 또는 에스테르화시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항에서 정의한 식(I)의 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기 식들중, X 및 R1-R7은 제1항에 정의한 바와 같고, R′8은 C1-8알킬, C1-8알킬카르보닐, C1-8알콕시 카르보닐, 벤조일, C(O)NR9R10, C1-8알킬술포닐, P(O)-(OR11)2또는 R9P(O)OR11이다.
  10. 제1 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에서 정의한 화합물 및 농학적으로 허용되는 희석재를 함유함을 특징으로하는 제초조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에서 정의한 식(I)의 화합물의 제초학적 유효량을 잡초 또는 그의 서식지에 살포함을 특징으로 하는 잡초의 억제방법.
