Claims (8)

  1. 상향 연장되는 벽들에 의해 포위된 구멍을 가지고 있는 부력 뚜껑 본체부로 구성되고, 상기 벽들이 격실을 형성하는 뚜껑.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구멍이 상기 격실내에 수두를 발생시키는데 효과적이며, 상기 수두는 상기 격실내의 수직 유체 높이가 적어도 6.35mm(0.25in)인 뚜껑.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구멍이 약 3.18mm(0.125in) 내지 약 6.35mm(0.25in) 내지 약 6.35mm(0.25in)의 직경을 가지고 있는 원형의 뚜껑.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부력 뚜껑 본체부가 유리, 금속 또는 중합체 재료들로 구성된 뚜껑.
  5. a) 수직한 벽으로 된 용기 및 b) 상기 용기의 내경의 적어도 90%인 직경을 가지고 있으며 상기 용기내에 알맞는 부력 뚜껑으로 구성되고, 상기뚜껑이 상향 연장되는 벽들에 의해 포위된 구멍을 가지고 있으며, 상기 벽들은 격실을 형성하는 장치.
  6. a) 격실을 형성하는 상향 연장되는 벽들에 의해 포위된 구멍을 가지고 있는 부력 뚜껑을 수직한 벽으로 된 용기내에 위치시키는 단계. 및 b) 액체를 상기 격실내의 수두를 발생시키는데 효과적인 균일한 컨시스턴시의 음료 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 음료가 볶고 분쇄된 커피 브루인 균일한 컨시스턴시의 음료 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 구멍이 원형이고 또한 약 3.18mm(0.125in) 내지 약 6.35mm(0.25in)의 직경을 가지고 있는 균일한 컨시스턴시 음료 제조방법.
