Claims (4)
- 양극산화에 의한 유전체 산화층이 제공된 양극과, 음극과 분리기 및 적어도 하나의 2극성 유기용매내의 니트로페놀염 용액으로 구성된 전해질을 포함하는 전해 콘덴서에 있어서, 4-니트로페놀염과, 1급이나 2급 지방족 또는 헤테로 시클린아민 또는 농축물내에서의 이들의 혼합물이 전해질내에서 용해되므로써, 적어도 5ms/㎝의 특정 도전율이 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 한는 전해콘덴서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전해질은 또한 10중량% 미만의 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해콘덴서.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 전해질은 또한 1중량% 미만의 인산 또는 용해성 포스페이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 전해질은 또한 3중량% 미만의 붕소산 또는 용해성 브레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해콘덴서.
