Claims (8)

  1. 정확한 지점에서 호환요소(14)를 캐리어 본체(13)에 고정하기 위한 센터링 및 척킹장치로서 호환요소(14)를 지니는 캐리어본체(13)에 부속된 다수의 척킹요소(21)와 호환요소(14)를 지지하는 캐리어본체(13)에있는 다수 경계외면(30) 그리고 서로 직각방향인 두 부분품의 경계면(31)내의 호환요소(14) 위치를 정하기 위한 캐리어본체(13)의 안내요소(36)(37)와 상호 작용하는 센터링요소(32a),(32b),(33c)로 인해 호환요소(14)의 주축(20)이 캐리어본체(13)의 주축(19)과 일치되게한 센터링 및 척킹장치와 센터링 요소의 각 안내요소(36)(37)는 캐리어본체(13)의 주축(19)과 일치되고 경사면(33)을 통해 안내요소가 안내외면(35) 쪽으로 향하게 센터링요소(32a),(32b),(32c)에 작용하며, 경계외면(31)과 직각을 이뤄 캐리어본체(13)를 회수시키는 압력요소(41)가 안내요소(36)(37) 각각에 있고 중심이 캐리어본체(13)의 주축이 위치하는 조정장치(40)내 조정측을 따라 정돈된 안내 외면(35)으로 된 센터링 및 척킹 장치.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 두 센터링요소(32a),(32b)가 한축(38)을 따라 정돈되는 한편 한 고립 센터링요소(32c)는 다른 축(39)에 따라 배치되는 것.
  3. 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 척킹 방향으로 유연성 있게 기울여 각 압력자극성 작동장치(22),(23),(25)가 척킹 자동조건에 관여하는 장치.
  4. 청구범위 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서 스프링에 의해 지지되는 압력요소(41)가 캐리어본체(13)에서 압축되고, 회수되는 센터링 및 척킹장치.
  5. 청구범위 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서 척킹요소(21)와 압력요소(41)가 조정되어서 척킹시에 압력요소(41)와 척킹요소(21)가 차례로 회수되는 것.
  6. 청구범위 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서 압력요소(41)가 조정되어서 센터링시에는 우선 고립센터링요소(32c)가 센터링되고 이어 같은 한쪽(38)을 따라 정돈된 두센터링요소(32a),(32b),가 센터링 되는 센터링 및 척킹장치.
  7. 청구범위 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서 직사각형의 네귀에 4개의 경계외면(30) 또는 경계면 쌍이 배열되는 센터링 및 척킹장치.
  8. 청구범위 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 한개의 축(38)을 따라 있는 안내외면(35)이 다른 축(39)을 따라 있는 안내외면(35) 보다 조정장치(40)의 중심에서 더 멀리 위치하는 것.
