Claims (6)

  1. 천연고추를 선별, 건조 및 분쇄한후 분쇄된 고추분말을 용매를 사용하여 고온(또는 고압)으로 추출하고 그 추출액을 진공증류 및 농축하여서 되는 고추성분액 추출방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 건조된 고추의 수분의 함량이 7 내지 17%인 고추성분액의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 분쇄된 고추의 입도가 40 내지 80멧쉬인 고추성분액의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 추출용매가 알코올류, 핵산, 에테르류, 물에서 선택된 하나 또는 그이상의 혼합물인 고추 성분액의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 추출온도가 50 내지 80℃의 범위인 고추 성분액의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 추출시간이 1 내지 10시간인 고추 성분액의 제조방법.
