제1도의 제1실시예의 세정장치는 구동축과 함께 회전하도록 구동축에 고정되는 원통형 허브 부재(11)로 구성 되어있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 중앙축에 대하여 회전하도록 설치하기에 적합한 헤드로 구성되며, 상기 헤드는 중앙축 둘레로 각도를 이루어 동거리로 일정간격 이격된 다수의 방사상 아암을 지지하고, 아암의 자유단부는 각각 이암의 단부에 대하여 회전할 수 있는 공구 미트를 지지하며, 상기 방사상 아암의 자유단부는 중앙축을 횡단하며 허브로 부터 축방향 외방으로 일정간격 이격된 평면과 교차함을 특징으로 하는 회전식 세정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 세개의 방사상 아암을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 회전식 세정장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공구비트는 절두원추 형상을 가짐을 특징으로하는 회전식 세정장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 공구비트에는 다수의 축방향 리브가 형성됨을 특징으로하는 회전식 세정장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느하나에 있어서, 헤드는 함께 회전하도록 허브에 설치되고 또한 상기 허브의 최소한 두개의 수직 횡방향 축에 대하여 회전할수 있음을 특징으로하는 회전식 세정장치.
  6. 첨부도면과 관련하여 기술한 바와같은 회전식 세정장치.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느하나에 따른 형태의 세정 장치를 이용하는 세정장치.
